My momma has sensitive, dry skin and im tryna get her off the neutrogena makeup wipes by making her a routine and buying it for her for mother's day. I've interviewed her about her skin, talked about her preferences, and am now saving up my money. Thank you for helping me and my momma out, Hyram!
Definitely needed to see this today. My mother has been battling cancer, I live in US, she lives in Sweden. She went to the hospital today and she just isn't doing well at all. 😭 please pray for Janice! 🙏
Hyram, I've never commented on a youtube video before. I just want to say thank you for all of your education. I'm 28 with 2 kids, I've struggled with hormonal acne and blackheads since I was a teenager. I've just started changing my routine and switching to some of the products you have recommended (YTTP cleanser and a few others) and have already noticed a little difference in my skin. I watch each of your videos with a notebook and have learned so much. Thank you for cutting through all the skin care confusion and marketing BS... All my love 💕
Does anyone else get excited when Hyram recommends a product you already use? It’s such great validation to know the research I put into finding a product to help my skin is correct ☺️ happy skincare, everyone!
I used to use physical scrub, then a very oil-stripping cleanser, then vaseline. Yeah. By the way, I didn't wash my face every day because I thought that's too much, even for oily skin. My skin is combo to dry and I washed it 3 times a week. So... Yeah. I really had a bad skin care routine. And I didn't do DIY. That was the only good thing that I've done probably. But still.
I've literally seen a derm 3 times two years ago because I wanted to treat my fungal acne. They couldn't help me with any prescription treatment idk how that was possible even. I only treated my acne as I saw your video on it which I'll be forever grateful for. Love you
I had a very bad fungal acne on my forehead before too and treated it just like normal acne which didn't help (obviously, as I dint know the difference before) Thanks to Hyram and Kelly Driscoll their videos helped me a lot with my skin issues
@@Poawy167 I treated my fungal acne by using skin care products that doesn't trigger it (which is a lot!) I minimised my skincare routine to the minimum so just a cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. I find that too much moisture/oil on my skin is what triggered it. Watch Hyram or Kelly Driscolls video on fungal acne. I implemented some of their advices on my own skin and that's how I was able to get rid of it.
I can’t drink alcohol 🍷 so I’ll take a hit every time he says “sensitive” instead...not that it’s going to do much...it doesn’t really get me “high” anymore and that’s not why I use it medically, I use it to get my chronic pain from rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis , and fibromyalgia to a tolerable level and decrease my use of the opioids I’ve been on for 21yrs and am desperate to get completely off of...soon 😉🤗 I’m grateful that I DON’T have sensitive skin 😉😳🙌🏽 that however doesn’t mean that I don’t have skin irritation and issues 🤨😰 I and my husband have the auntie of all skin issues to deal with, MRSA (methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus), I consider skin cancer to be the mother of all skin issues 😰🥺
Hi everyone, me being a person with sensitive skin and rosacea on my cheeks, I discovered putting a niacinamide serum before any other serum or treatment helps me to keep the irritation at bay. I wash my face, put on iunik tea tree toner and then Nianicinamide from the ordinary. Putting niacinimide first allows me to put on other treatments ( I have pigmentation and everything used to burn like f**k), just wanted to share in case there're people who have tried to use treatment serums but the burning was awful, niacinimide was a life safer for me, and it's affordable :) Thanks hyram for all your help, it's fully appreciated.
I highly recommend that everyone with sensitive skin get allergy testing done!! So many of my issues from sensitive skin were from allergic reactions. Things that are specifically designed for soothing sensitivity (like mugwort or feverfew) can cause dry skin, cracking, and burning.
I have been struggling with sensitive skin since I was 6. I have lots of blemishes and black heads and usually get insecure about it. I’m trying to recover. TYSM FOR THIS VID 💗💗
I use retinol and salicylic acid (not at the same time) and I get a lot of skin sensitivity from those products, but I break out if I don't use them. I've found that using them in combination with mugwort, niacinamide, and centella asiatic products helps a lot for the sensitivity. Ooooh I almost forgot to mention I started using sunscreen on a DAILY basis and that has helped a lot with my sensitivity as well.
