The yellow is made in another ball plant. The yellow is actually the better Kirkland. Just wait till you see what Costco has up it's sleeve for the new ball. Gonna be the best ball on the market, period.
@@davidmaxfieldgolf I play with a certain CFO that tells me when Titleist filed their lawsuit they woke up a sleeping giant. They took it personally and committed to making a ball superior to any ball on the market. They intend to sell it at cost as well.
I can't link to it because I've seen quite a few videos about the Kirkland signature golf balls anyway one of the videos I saw showed a selection of balls being cut in half and there were inconsistencies in what they looked like after being cut and this could explain why occasionally you get one which doesn't quite get there if you know what I mean and that is probably the trade-off that you get at this cost.
The compression is a bit to high for my swing speed and I lose some distance with these balls. They are a great value. Just not perfect for me. They are great around the green and putting.
I have tested them on my sim and on course. Bottom line they spin A LOT and driver ball speed is down about 5mph vs other premimum balls. I like them, they are great for a casual round. The ball speed loss with Driver and Irons is a killer
Have you tried the YELLOW? Kirkland Golf Ball?
@davidmaxfieldgolf no not the yellow. Do you know if it's a softer compression than the white?
@@topgunbass feels a touch firmer to be honest but I don’t know for sure
Thanks, great Video. Was at Costco yesterday and had just purchased a box. Will try this weekend
@@darrencastle4206 You will be impressed, they're a great ball. Especially for the money.
Yes I have and they seem o be a very good ball.
Mate, appreciate the effort in editing these videos. The multiple cameras look great.
Thank you, takes a long time to edit haha 😁
Great honest review.

@@septicphlegm44 Titleist has the same inconsistencies. So do most all balls.
I can tell you I like Version 2 Balls better than Version 3 balls.
Quite a few people have also said that too

@@topgunbass Agree, they're not for everyone. Good ball though
The yellow ball appears to be a 2 piece ball!
I've liked the Kirkland ball but have always found its durability the weak point. I guess this might be the solution.
@@GreenDistantStar give them a go and see what you think 👌🏼👍🏼
@@davidmaxfieldgolf will do, have to buy 24 of them though. Check out the Chromax ball, it's like nothing you've ever tried before, trust me on this.
Kirkland.... how about if the ball said Costco???
Wouldn’t make a difference I don’t think, same same
