Paying respects to whoever’s tombstone memorial that is was really good to see. Cleaned it up and acknowledged them even when they’ve passed shows a good heart Gordy. Much respect man.
This is some serious teamwork and skill! Watching these guys coordinate in such tight quarters is like seeing a perfectly choreographed dance with trees. Hats off to the whole crew for making this look effortless! 🙌
"spring boards back on the wall, where they fuckin belong" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 love these videos Gordy. Any plan on working with Jake again in the future? Watching yall work together is an absolute joy
Over here east. Need one day to stick er in a big ol cedar or fir. Good to get to see guys on the west and how different the trees are to our hardwood. Climbing up those roots felling from there.
Watch, learn and listen that's me. Teamwork and exit plans are what I watch for and that's one thing I first noticed about Gordy is getting away from the stump. Add springboards in close quarters and I'll be the one over here on the couch takin notes. Nuff said?
Nice. Had big sreel wedge years back was good on bit thinner post man. Just didnt need stack em. Need deasont axe to hit with but yer would move stuff over. The little plaatic wedges are great but not enough some trees for me keep hinge.
Those toolless fuel and oil caps are a total joke Stihl needs to go back to the old style screw in type never have a trouble with those Awesome video though 😎👍
Stihl oil and gas caps are the worst. I've had them pop off, leak, and the little cord that keeps it attached always breaks. Those new husky flip-up caps are way nicer, even though the hole is a bit smaller.
I don't think it was a headstone. It looked like it was just a memorial put on the tree. If it were a headstone, I'd think that it would be 1 piece, not 2.
Everybody that's ran a Stihl has had a run in with those damned oil and fuel caps at one time or another. They're a genuine GD nuisance is what they are. Stihl should take a page from Husky's play book and switch to the tooless screw caps and ditch the ones they're currently using. If they did that, they'd save their customers a lot of headaches!
As a Christian I don’t care for the way you used Jesus name or the word dammit. I like your videos and have shared them with church members and that language would make me look bad.
You know your right…I use to really cuss like a sailor 🤦♂️and have worked on trying to be better but I am still not perfect but am am working at it but thanks for the reminder Noted ✔️👍

You guys need some of Bjarne Butlers' Power Wedges for the big trees.
Working that board.
Dang nice work
controlled chaos
good eye on garret noticing the hazard tree around 20 min mark
Now that's production son!
Big and tall😮😮
Hey Gordy what cameras are you using?
hustling to make time on that run....
I have that happen often lol gotta make sure she’s on there
No ones safe from the stihl flippy caps😂
It would be very interesting to see a video of how you deforest the cut logs. greetings from Italy
Got to always pull up on those snap caps before you put the bail down. Heard once that Stihl was going back to screw caps but haven't seen it happen.
Those toolless fuel and oil caps are a total joke Stihl needs to go back to the old style screw in type never have a trouble with those Awesome video though 😎👍
caps on the stihlsaw`s is the worst.
What kind of oil are you pouring (saw, chain) Thank you
Madsens bar oil
Nice video, looks like a lot of work. Lol
Where do you get yours gloves?
With all that spruce you could buid the new and improved spruce goose 🤪

This is fucking sick 😅🤟
Cool plaque
Yeah I’ve had my oiler cap pop off first time it’s happened
Yes, it happened to me twice.I had a brand new pair of boots on it.Fill the oil all over. They gotta do something about the oil cats
Every saw should run like that
There is mutual camaraderie & respect between you three that does not seem present between the other chaps you cut with.
What bar oil do you use Gordy?
Madsens saw shop
What tipe of bar oil is that I never seen red befor
Madsens bar oil
@ thank u keep up the great videos and work
1010 I saw that log dang haha
Dang was that a grave headstone grown into that tree? That was crazy
I don't think it was a headstone. It looked like it was just a memorial put on the tree. If it were a headstone, I'd think that it would be 1 piece, not 2.
It was a memorial for the guys dog that owned the property
@westcoastsaw1368 oh ok thanks for the reply I kinda thought it was a headstone that had grown into the tree!!

Yes!
Gordy been meaning to ask are they worth much with being so many limbs on them.
No that wood is pretty ratty
I hate those piece of shit caps why don’t stihl listen to the consumer and go back to the older style !
I feel sorry for the next cutters that cut the regrowth from them high ass stumps!
I think it was the 3rd tree fell so slow
I’m surprised that you don’t have subtitles for your channel 😢😭
Ah yes the twist lock strikes again….many a gal down my leg cuttin row…in the tree it’s even better
Been there. Also 150 ft up
I always double check mine now
Is it just me or does that saw seem lean on the low side?
I think it had a ter in the intake boot those 661’s are kind of notorious for that
@westcoastsaw1368 thanks for the reply. Great videos!
Nobody yells “timber” anymore?😬
