@@CliveWitham I am referring to veins on the back of hands that I see in older people. The veins look swollen, and can be knotted and gnarled. They appear the same as varicose veins. I was wondering if they are related to any organ congestion as varicose veins are related to liver congestion.
And in one of your other videos, you discuss the relationship of digestion to facial wrinkles. I was curious about the hands. I don't see much information in general about the backs of hands in TCM.

If the reason for them being fatter is retention of fluids in the hand then yes, it can.

It's not an obvious diagnosis I would make but I guess it depends on how enlarged you're referring to!
