I've been watching Jack's videos for years. Been meaning to make the trip to New London to visit his restaurant, but unfortunately I never got to do that. His recipes were basic but fantastic. What I loved about him was that he was just a regular guy, he wasn't a "celebrity chef" but just a very kind, generous man. He seemed to love what he did, shared all his recipes and gave back to his community. We're all going to miss this man.

If the family see's this comment, I think as a suggestion you should take the section of Daddy Jack giving the tour here and posting it as a seperate video. Really enjoyed seeing this and it was pretty special to watch. Thoughts with all of you after the tragedy of losing a good man.

Chef just seems like an over-all super nice guy. Great human being. Food looks good too.

Long live " Homie " ! I have one of those pressure cookers too . They are great . Mine is an Instant Pot . It's a pressure cooker , rice cooker , yogurt maker and saute pan. I made a corned brisket of beef last week that was killer ! One hour on high and it was fall apart tender . Would take at least 3 hours on the stove . Pasta sauce with meatballs or sausage is a snap . Takes 25 min. By the time you boil a pot of water and make the pasta , the sauce is done .Great video.
