I don't roam around Sukumvit at midnight these days, but found interesting the number of bicycle riders as I was watching the video. When I get back to BKK next week, I plan on buying a bicycle but was thinking early morning rides rather than late night. Plus the parks.
I have a beach cruiser, but I don't ride it often. You kind of have to ride in between the curb and the cars. Moto-taxis like to use that lane to go 40mph. Half the time these guys are looking at the next Grab pickup, etc.. I've seen a few bikes get rear-ended. You can rent a bike at many parks now.

Hey I appreciate the comment. Boon my girlfriend is starting a side-hustle with condo rentals. She has her degree and will keep working her corporate job. But she understands where expats want to live, etc.. She just finished training and will apprentice with another agent soon. I'm sure by February she will be up an running. Roaming around the Soi areas from your videos from my base at the Hyatt Place next Soi over from you. Made an appt with Arm for tomorrow. Used that laundry place next to his place, fast turnaround and very nicely washed/folded as well. I am sure I could find a cheaper place but can't beat the convenience of this place on way to BTS. Foot massages across at Nuch have been amazing. Or maybe I have been lucky with the ones who played with my feet. I tried a few other fancier places for foot massages but nothing so far beats the cheapest and best of all, Nuch. I tried the fancy Asia Herb Association place on Soi 24. Very pricey 4 hr package. I mean, she did a really good job but more geared towards Spa ladies, was a bit bored, too slow. HP is playing games with award availability already, don't see it staying as a Hyatt Cat 1 much longer. Can't make it to the meetup tomorrow, having a suit fitting on Soi 8. Love your videos. I am in the planning stages of moving and I see your Condo is close to a golf simulator. I really love the idea of living close to a simulator as I will golf in the area and plan to take trips to Pattaya to play golf as they have several golf bars that plan outings.
Yes there are a bunch of simulators around town. There's also a Top Golf and a few other ranges. Plus, many country clubs in the suburbs. Play under the lights in the evening. @@EagerExpat Just an FYI for the pollution get yourself a small air purifier for your apartment. Run when you sleep or have the windows closed to scrub the air.
@@kenbeck6779 Yes that's a good tip. I don't have a real issue wit pollution. I just get red eyes once in a while. I can't walk around with an air purifier outside.
@@EagerExpat I get red eyes all the time and I live in Iowa. When I lived in Chicago I used an air purifier because of the pollution and a scratchy throat. They are very effective giving you up to 12 hours a day (depending on your life style) of breathing clean air. I really think you are the best content provider of Bangkok for people like me that want to retire there.

It depends. Most people with a college degree in Bangkok, like my girlfriend work 9 to 5. Five days a week. Working 12 hours a day seven days a week is pretty unusual. I did it in the Navy. It's no joke.
My youngest son laughed at me for wanting an iPhone 16 pro then proceeded to explain why an 16 would be all I would need. Upgrade from a 12 . So I have more money to travel….
Ya man, I hear you. I have the Samsung Ultra which actually cost a little more than the pro. I had the first, second iPhone. I think I had an iPhone 9. But, then I went Samsung and Windows laptop. I use that phone everyday to record these videos. So, it was worth the extra few hundred dollars. Otherwise I would just have a $300 phone. I have thousands of dollars of cameras and lenses, and I've used a camera phone to make over 700 videos.
