I used the factory mag and for some reason there is a gap between the screw and edge of magazine. It slides back a forth and it’s very frustrating. All of my three mags are ruin.
@@tegridytactical I love the quality. There is a huge play between the screw and edge. I’m going to reach out to them. I wonder if there is a dimension difference between 19 and the 17. They might sent me the 17?
@@insansombolinggi8275 their cs has always been good to me. I’d ask them. Sounds like they send you the wrong one most likely. Unless you accidentally ordered the wrong one. Either way, I’m sure they can help.
The bow isn’t a big deal. It’s that there is nothing to back it up if it pops off. There is little coverage to keep that from happening on the JW. If I am spending good money on a new base plate I want more features and more assurance that base plate won’t come off when dropped during a mag change etc.
I do not. Jagerwerks does. And I believe someone else on TH-cam does for the SLR. Both pretty simple. Honestly the Jagerwerks video would work for the SLR install as well. The only difference is you add the screw at the end with the SLR. Just don't over tighten.
SLR sells an extended spring for the G19 version that requires it. The Glock26 doesn't need a new spring as they use the glock19 spring in their 10 round mags
SLR can take A beating !!! It can be stuffed over and over and dropped and those things keep going, but JagerWorks ...not so. You'll wear out your mags. They literally eat mags up when you load them.
SLR sucks!!! Horrible customer service. As a first time customer, I bought mag extensions and they wouldn’t refund my money. They said it was my fault for not buying the right stuff. Mag extensions blew off my magazines and I don’t know what they paint them with but you can fart on them and they’ll scratch up
@@gabrielgonzales1272 no i use the slr spring that goes w the extension. U have to buy that separate. Never tried with the factory spring but im sure that would cause issues if u did
I love my SLR mag extensions on my Pmag15's
I use SLR on my G26 and love them. I agree the jager works seem they could run into issues down the road.

I just got a couple SLR's, mine came with followers and springs. Plus plenty of stickers.

My slr magpul g19 extension jams up. Rounds end up falling out. I double checked that spring made it to the bottom

Weird. These are factory mags as well. Maybe they sent you the wrong one?

I do not. Jagerwerks does. And I believe someone else on TH-cam does for the SLR. Both pretty simple. Honestly the Jagerwerks video would work for the SLR install as well. The only difference is you add the screw at the end with the SLR. Just don't over tighten.

How do those compare to Zev +5 extendos? Zev com in polycarbonate and in aluminum at $39 and $49 w/ springs!

They sell one for it on their site. Just a longer spring to make up for the extra space.
