Get a humidifier , or watch your skin wrinkle and lose elasticity quickly . A house ? Use central air and a swamp cooler to keep a home at 40 percent min. Humidity . Look up what is a healthy humidity index …nose bleeds ? Dry gums , bad teeth , skin problems , Always wear a wide brim hat and umbrella . I know this all sounds a bit much , but all you will thank me , one day looking back after you read this advice . Best of luck , and life ….love….
