So being the one rando who brought this up... I am sad I missed this live... :) My only question is this for Amber... If you have a fantastic credit score... could you pay a lower amount than the 20% downpayment to avoid these LLPAs... which would get you hit with PMI, but then could you immediatly pay enough to get you to 20% on your first or second payment... so that the PMI immediately goes away... and save a boatload of money that way? I don't know enough about it... but I love me a good loophole if I can find them.

I just had the inspiration to buy my Grandparents old house in Boulder City, up Hillside Drive, and renovate it as Italian/Spanish style? He gave Shirley Temple her tour, as he was a chief electrical supervisor long ago, back with your G. Grandfather. . Maybe for now I will try for a townhouse, if there are any?
