Ingredients 材料:
1) Egg yolk batter 蛋黄糊:
• 3 egg yolks (3个蛋黄)
• 50g Cake flour (50g 低筋面粉)
• 50g Milk (50g 牛奶)
• 40g Veg. Oil (40g 植物油)
• 5g Cocoa powder (5g 可可粉)
• 1 tbsp Red velvet bakery emulsion (1汤匙 红丝绒精华液)
2) Meringue 蛋白霜:
• 3 egg whites (3个蛋白)
• 45g Sugar (45g 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁
3) Cream cheese whipped cream frosting 奶酪奶油霜:
• 8oz Cream cheese (8oz 奶油乳酪)
• ¼ cup Sugar (1/4杯 糖)
• 1 cup Heavy whipping cream (1杯 重质淡奶油)
• 1/8 tsp salt (1/8 茶匙盐)

Hi Ritu! If it's for a 7" pan, you can use one and a half of everything on the recipe. for 8" you can simply double the recipe 😃. I've never use a 7" cake pan, but had double few of my chiffon cake recipes for a 8" pan and it works!
