    My husband learned lifting the towel w the toes when he studied judo when he was a young boy . He can still do this in his 70 s gotta love this movement

    Dr Rowe, I think you were used by the Lord as an answer to prayer. I speed walk and often have burning in the great toe large joint at night in bed and while walking. It's not gout. I asked God for healing and then saw your video in my subscription. I will be integrating these stretches into my routine. Thank you for your kind teaching video. I already see relief with the first two stretches. I'll let you know long term. ☕🙂👍👣

    Wow! You already rescued my hip. The shot wore off on my right foot so I came back. Pain is gone. Between my left hip and my right foot my gait was awful and too much pain to exercise. I’m fine. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I just had 2 small surgeries in Oct
    on the metatarsal and big toe. Mid foot healed well, but the toe is still super numb - I will definitely try these exercises 😂❤!! Thank you;)

    My feet popped like Rice Krispies... they must have been all sorts of misaligned but they feel amazing now. The toe curls make me laugh, I use my toes to pick up things all the time XD

    I love your videos. Do you have any suggests for someone who had a great toe joint fusion with a bone graft and hardware the length of that metatarsal to protect the joint from flexing. Now I get muscle cramps in the other toes where the toes get pulled out of place.

    One of my digits on the same toe has healed or seized together. From a breakage around my pad many moons ago. But on my left foot but same toe'

    I get real benefit from all your videos... But on the toe massage I find it impossible to get in the right position due to an old spinal nerve injury. I can't sit on the bed and reach so have to cross my leg on a chair .. but I can't cup around my foot as my arm simply doesn't reach across. Do you have any suggestions please.
