7:12 the reason why the double attack of suship wasn't negated is that when xyz summoned it applied to itself lingering effects based on the material used (the draw and the double attack). Lingering effects cannot be negated after they are already applied. The only ways to remove the lingering effects are flip the monster face-down or remove it from the field, in which case the monster will forget all lingering effects applied to it.
An Xyz you HAVE to try is the new Number 80 from Alito's latest event. Allows you to attack directly with 4100 if you equip it to Uni Class. It's much easier to beat a lot of decks with that strategy. Tenyi, Lunalight, Ra or any state where you can't run over many monsters at once. Its second effect also allows you to play against decks with a lot of graveyard.
I really like the SuShip, and can't believe they are actually good. Can't wait to see you play all of the new decks (especially machinas. Honestly, if we get the third Xyz the deck will be completely broken, for this format, i remember getting into Diamond 1 in master duel(when it was the maximum rank) using this deck, definitely strong.

Got my uni off a $0.99 4 packs+ sr deal. At first I was kinda mad about it because I wanted my sr to be kozmotown so I can have 3 with 1 run of the box (eventually 1 of my sr deals gave me it) but now I’m playing suship and they’re not bad.
A spicy tech pick that consistently over preforms is Cairngorgon, Antiluminescent Knight, the effect has no once per turn to be found, hell not even once per chain, against rocket or live twin they will have an INSAINLY bad day
Thanks I was play testing this deck and it really surprise me since I got to Plat1 from gold 6 I just run all the generic xyz I have Decided to run generic traps like drowning and mirror force Im Surprised it works Piercing the Darkness is also a good card it's a free draw when you summon the normal ship and it's really funny when some players don't read its secondary effect😅
Has anyone made a deck with Yuya's new skill? I've tried and can't quite figure out what to do with it. i know it's not the greatest skill, but it seems like some funny jank to play with
Lunalight is still cheaper though, 50 pack deck build box + some standard extra deck like Nightmare. And yeah, got quite lucky with this KoG run ngl. Deck is decent, but definitely not the best f2p
You can say it's the best xyz f2p deck, but I would argue that since Lunalights require an specific skill and cards from an event character, it's still easier to make Suship than Lunalight, at this moment. Both are great and have their own pros and cons, Suship biggest pro it's the fact that can use any generic skill, so it can actually respond to the meta and backrow. Lunalights not so much, but they can otk quicker and with big damage.
Actually, this Suship is better. Lunalight is a OTK Deck that can be easily counter by IDP, but this deck still can play around some troublesome trap like... That Stupid Crackdown or Dragon Prison. And this deck dont use much of Graveyard, and this is a Advantage as there's much more player playing Abyss Dweller and even Necrovalley now.
Leo Dancer is one the easiest thing this deck can beat, You just ignore it and hit them in the face with 2 Uni-clas or 1 Uni-class equipped with Number 80.

The funniest part was that every time we would spectate a Suship player, they would get smacked immediately. Yet Suship did so well
