      ACV is BS. The body varies Ph in different organs as needed. The mother makes little or no difference. Vegans are dying for their religion. Animals that digest fiber have much different digestive tracts. We do not need fiber.
      You're being exploited by marketing. Snake oil might make a come back at this rate.

Also not taking a vaccine doesn’t seem to affect health adversely. I understand this isn’t exactly on topic but my point is that the vax is the apple cider vinegar in this comparison and whether it’s taken or not people are fine but the govts coerced many into a shot they didn’t provide research on.

      You can't "die of old age" people would live forever if their DNA didn't get damaged or run out. ACV has nothing in it that could help your health. Green tea is proven to have polyphenols that help health. My grandmother has been inactive for 50 years, mostly laying on her couch. She eats almost nothing, but candy. She is currently 82. She isn't living long because of her lifestyle, she's doing it despite it. I imagine your grandmother despite her flawed beliefs about health had a healthy lifestyle.

If you look into peer-reviewed articles you would see that there is actually very little evidence that apple cider vinegar aids health... it is important to realize that it may have a placebo effect and may effect some better than others (every body is different). While I am all for natural remedies, as a dietetic student in my fourth year of learning organic chemistry, advanced nutrition, anatomy and physiology etc. and delving into research articles as well as fad diets... I would have to agree with her. Also, yes RDs do where white coats and after a four year degree a 1-2 year internship (medical rotations) and most getting masters or PhDs we deserve the coat and recognition.

      @@robyn3379 I still don't understand why every doctor and nurse that I talk to, has no idea at all of how good Apple Cider Vinegar is in terms of lowering high blood pressure. I have no idea about it cleaning the liver, or getting rid of belly fat lol, but I do know from first hand experience, that it lowers my blood pressure. Every time I drink ACV daily for just a couple weeks, my blood pressure drops fast and hard, and as soon as I stop drinking it for a period of time, my blood pressure starts rising again and gets out of control lol. I don't understand how hard it can be just to do a simple study where these doctors have 100 people try it, and see the results lol, it's not that hard to conduct a study to determine if ACV lowers most people's blood pressure. I know it lowers my pressure every time, but I can't speak for other people. I do it the hard nasty way though lol, I fill up a liquor shot glass full of just ACV, no water or lemons or honey added, and I slam it in 1 gulp lol, once a day, every single day, and it works for me.

    • @PeaceNinja007
      @PeaceNinja007 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Audreys Grandchild - might wanna look into candida overgrowth. When I was in the middle of my trucking job (cross country), I ate a lot of junk and no exercise, caused candida to peak. One of the symptoms was bloating and puffiness in the face for me.

    • @audreysgrandchild8218

      Peace Ninja yeah I eat so much junk food and I don’t exercise my face went from strong bone structure to rounder face. So maybe it’s the junk food and I don’t get enough sleep so it probably is the candida overgrowth

    Back to school Kelly, you did not mention people need to take apple cider vinegar that contains "Mother" not straight cider vinegar, that is for salads! The "mother" consists of dozens of strains of good bacteria, which we often refer to as probiotics. These help keep your digestive system running smoothly, so that you can get the most out of the food that you consume. Probiotics are also great for the immune system, the majority of which is located in your digestive tract. The good bacteria in your digestive system compete for resources with the bad bacteria, and maintaining a healthy balance can help prevent you from getting sick. Stuff is amazing!

      Doctors nor scientist will fund clinical studies on apple cider vinegar for .. obvious reasons.
      It is up to us, the people, to pass on the benefits of apple cider vinegar to our fellow human beings. It may bump up the price a bit .. but still a fraction the cost of pharmaceuticals.
