I started walking Nov 2019 and in Feb 2020 I developed gout in my big toe joints. Through research I found a connection between kidneys, uric acid and ACV. Within a week my gout was gone and never returned. I walk up to 7 miles a day, drink 6 TBLS of ACV mixed in my 9 cups of green tea (sip it all day long with a straw) I have lost 65 pounds which was my goal!

I developed arthritis in my left ankle and knee which was gradually worsening. An old guy living up the road suggested ACV (I had never even heard of it 😮). I took it every day in warm water and within a couple of months the problem had completely cleared. I had no other treatment. Meantime I read about the interaction between Acetic acid and Uric acid crystals etc. I still take ACV every day and never had any more joint problems, that's 8 years ago.

I was diagnosed with GERD a few days ago because of a really bad heartburn on my chest, the two medications prescribed gave me heart palpitations, nausea, dizziness and diarrhea. I stopped taking meds, I decided to educate myself on how to help my body to get better naturally, and God is good, I saw your video just now, your explanation is amazing and I am so grateful for sharing and teaching to so many people about your knowledge about health! Thank you!

If your hair seems to be falling out, spray acv on your scalp, massage it in and let it dry. Leave in overnight, then shampoo. Worked great for me, cleans up the scalp. Do it a couple of evenings a week. Also works great for athletes feet. Soak about an hour for two nights straight, rest them a couple of days, then do it again. After that, about once every week or two. Only thing I've found that actually works. You don't need the mother acv to do either of these two things. I use mother acv for internal only.

Just for reference: I have suffered constant heartburn for two years. Everyday. Frustrating, annoying and confounding. My doctor prescribed Famotidine and that works really well but I have zero desire to stay on that drug so I tried ACV. Two table spoons twice a day (once in morning, once at night) and although it was a slow-go to get results, let me tell you it's been AMAZING. I no longer take drugs to treat my every freakin' day heartburn. I understand I may have to take it in various doses pretty much forever to maintain the success but that's alright. It works Really well. If anyone has a heartburn problem, I sincerely recommend trying ACV. Be patient with it. Give it time and stick to the regiment and it Will help you. Cheers!

Easy said than done LOL almost everything on the market is soaked in carbs in calories that even includes some food that is fresh not as much as with other food.. lol however too many doctors are ignoring the fact things would be much better if the FDA remove all the bad stuff that we clearly know from medical studies that are responsible for the Obesity epidemic such as high sugar foods high calorie foods high carbohydrates food etc .. you know just like when you are a soldier you go after the problem you don't just complain about the problem.. even the USDA knew back in the early 1900's all the way up to 1960 that processed Sugar Foods were responsible for why people were gaining weight in the first place.. remember their response was to tell people eat less move more

I had high blood pressure. Going on the DASH diet, I accidentally discovered ACV in order to flavour my food (ACV and honey) and I love it. My blood pressure is normal (yay), and I have no more indigestion (yay) and I can actually sleep at night. Amazing what you can feel like if you eat healthy. Lots of veggies, limit salt and sugar, eat a reasonable amount of carbs and lean protein (mostly fish) and no alchohol or coffee. I feel like a different human. Great info! This definitely backs up what I have personally discovered by ingesting ACV daily. With a strict KETO diet and adding ACV daily I have overcome over 20 year's of uncontrollable and a truly miserable GI existence. Traditional medical doctor's have put me through the entire ringer of testing only to tell me that I was perfectly fine (I assure you that I wasn't, sooo many "IBS" problems that made life almost impossible at times in the past).
Really happy and appreciative that I could find this kind of info to help myself. My regular MD was and still is amazed by my results. I lost 60lbs, blood pressure became normal and they had to take my blood oxygen levels three times because it was 100! They had never seen that before 👍👍👍
All good stuff. And even better, I feel GREAT ♥️
Thank you for sharing your highly educated information. You have no idea how much you are helping people who have simply given up and given into the idea that "this miserable illness is just what I need to live with". As I was told many times.

I have been drinking apple cider vinegar for 8 months now, It really does energize me and make me feel better in the morning, it could be a placebo but it definitely helps. I started it to aid weight loss which actually really helped. Im a 17 year old male and I dont plan on stopping. I do suggest people drink it as it really does make me feel better physically and mentally.
(P.S. I even wrote my college essay on it)

Had a verruca on my foot for over ten years, nothing would shift it. Discovered that ACV would help if directly applied. Used cotton soaked in ACV and taped it over the verruca using duct tape. Keep reapplying when necessary. It was quite painful at times but after about 7 to 10 days the verruca was gone and has never returned, that's over 5 years ago.

I simply can’t accept the idea of being on meds for the rest of my life. I’m not fat, I’m actually in good shape. I don’t eat junk food, I only drink water. I do everything right but still struggle with acid reflux.

@@BP-ry6mw In my original comment I mentioned Appleford's Cider Vinegar and Crude, i.e. unrefined black strap Molasses. The Appleford's name is now owned by Vitam and the following are their claims, which from my use of blackstrap molasses I would agree with. "Appleford's organic molasses is obtained by squeezing sugar cane. As a natural concentrate, Appleford's organic molasses is a source of potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Even with 2 teaspoons of molasses you can contribute to covering your daily needs of these vital substances - without straining the body. Appleford's organic molasses is unrefined and is bottled without any additives or preservatives.
Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and maintaining normal blood pressure.
Calcium contributes to normal signal transmission between the nerve cells. It has a function in cell division and specialization and is needed to maintain normal bones as well as normal teeth.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, as well as to normal functioning of the immune system. For better absorption of vegetable iron, you should molasses (if necessary. dissolved in hot water) always consume with some orange or lemon juice.
Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and electrolyte balance." I am sure that you can find out more on line. Hope this helps.

This alone is enough benefit to me, any more effects I learn about in this video are a bonus.

Doc I'm having a problem. I was diagnosed to have gerd. Sometimes im not sure if it is because i kept feeling discomfort around the area of my heart. It doesn't have that burning sensation but it felt like the heart seems pressed. Its not painful, but it certainly doesn't feel normal and it scares me thinking i have a heart problem. That feeling isn't always there. But right now, sleeping is very hard and sometimes certain beats wakes me up during the initial phase of my sleep. As soon as im in a deep sleep i have no problem. Its starting to sleep is the main issue. None of the doctors i go to couldn't help me, they just kept prescribing meds and i dont want that. I just want to know what I'm dealing with and what i need to change in my lifestyle to help my self. Thanks for the wonderful videos doc! You're a blessing to the world!

YES, PEOPLE, if you are Diabetic, have Anxiety, High Blood Pressure, Hypertension, you Need to speak with a doctor or health nutritionist before using ACV.
If you are Diabetic, and you eat something you shouldn't have, as something with too many carbs and fat, I would think you can drink Two Ounces or so of ACV a couple of hours after you ate that food. But otherwise, if you stick to the diet provided by your specialist, you should avoid drinking ACV because your bodies' Sugar Level may go down too low.
ALWAYS discuss any concerns and inquiries with your doctor or nutrition specialist regarding what goes into your mouth and any of the disorders, illness and diseases mentioned above. Hopefully this good doc talked about this in the video he said he would put up towards the end of this one. Thank you and peace.

I feel like it got my gut ph back on track and helped with my understanding of what was really going on.

I've been using it since 2016. Sometimes I take a break because I run out. I can tell the difference with my appetite when I don't drink it twice a day. Gives me energy for my workout.

I believe in everything you say and 99% of people who are overweight are so because of the deficiency and inadequate processes that are created through food and age, yes lifestyle plays a little but diet is 90% of it. Many say its genetic yes it can be but that's why your digestive system need to be looked at as everyone's has a different breakdown clock so to speak. So ACV can charge it up by my experience. Your take on this is best for so much detail and effort, I look forward for more as a subscriber thank you again for uploading

I've consumed apple cider vinegar daily for over six years now. In that time, I've gotten sick only once. I believe it was because I was traveling, and simply wasn't able to have any.
It's true, an apple a day does keep the doctor away.

@@efranco2268 I've never had any issues... and hopefully I consume enough of the right minerals that it never occurs.
I also make my own toothpaste so... maybe that helps.

When I started struggling with IBS, I saw a dietitian. I told her I was under the impression that if I ate sour things, like pickles, lemon, sauerkraut (which also has probiotics!) etc. my gut felt better. She had never heard of it, and she thought it was coincidental.
Well, now I know it wasn't my imagination. I will try ACV for a while and see if my condition improves....🤞
    Thx dr. Ekberg!
