2024/06 - Behringer RD-6 mild modding

06.06. ... right time for a quick demo of some mods i made on my RD-6. Most important for me were trigger outputs supporting Accent. As the RD-6 was already open i implemented some mods i found on the maffez page. I definately wanted to avoid any SMD-soldering. The RD-6 has individual outs, so i did not bother with any HH/CY noise filtering mods which can be easily made with regular outboard equipment. For me this useless distortion unit always made things worse so i've cut all traces around it and used the switch and the 3 pots for controlling the mods: BD fundament switching, Tom tuning and separate Clap level. Then two 3-way switches on the back for CY and HH decay times (shorter/unchanged/even shorter). Trigger Outputs went to the right side, no buffering, 1k shorting-protection and 47k pulldown.
