Its pretty amazing hey ive fallen in love with the range of sounds that come out of the 303s, for such a simple synth, a single oscillator ect its pretty amazing the soundd you can get from it. I mean you can use it completely on its own with a basic beat and with distortion delay create a sound that completely stands on its own

@@StamatisStabos It's a tricky wee pattern to program! I did a remix myself and those notes are forever burned into my brain (Strange - Rag Bhairav if you are curious).

Awesome!!! I have a question about ehringer TD-3 and RD-6.
I would like to synchronize these two, but even if I connect the RD-6's SYNC OUT and TD-3's SYNC IN with a patch cable and set the TD-3's TRIG, they will not be synchronized. Am I doing it wrong? Connect with a MIDI cable and set the TD-3 to MIDI to synchronize.
You need to set TD3 trigger and the RD6 on internal, if you connected them with midi set the TD3 on Midi, also check you cables maybe is mono or different type, test other cables, I use stereo

@@StamatisStabos ayeee! You're awesome! I'm original a metal guitarist looking for weird things to add into my recording mix. Learned Bass guitar, learned to play on my electric drum kid. These would definitely help push me towards discovering whatever the f*ck sound it is I'm looking for. 😂 It's literally all experimental so after discovering these guys and their price range I instantly got intrigued.
@@kronik5927 Hahha nice i play guitar too, those was made in 80s for guitarists to practice and jam without bass and drum players, but people dont know how to use them and endend in dance music, the 303 (TD3) its like th electric guitar of electronic music you can make crazy riffs with distortion, get it and you dont regret it
I have the TD-3 MO, the RD-6, and a Donner B-1. !'m all new to this process, though have been solidly into goa/psy trance for many years. Now I want to try making my own, so my question is how do you set up the sync cables? Out of the RD-6 to , for instance, the TD-3? And if I want to add the B-1, daisy chain from the TD-3 to it? Thank you, I love this mix u posted, showing how live mixing is the way to go with these machines!

Yes thats because i use the MO as a bass and the TD3 as lead melody, but true the normal TD3 is more close to the TB-303 plus have the build in distortion effect, i prefer the TD3 the MO have too much unnecessary stuff

you have that MO there but you barely touch it...and you prefer to play the boring regular TD-3.....curious...
I'm using the MO as a bass because it have sub oscilator and the normal TD3 as leas melody because have distortion
