20 min UPPER BODY WORKOUT | With Dumbbells | Arms, Abs, Chest and Back

- Join me for a 20 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT to target your arms, abs, chest and back. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 10 LB dumbbells. As always, please choose the set of weights that work the best for you and your own strength level. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We'll be doing both standing and floor exercises today. So grab your mat, grab your weights and get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

You have no idea how much you are helping people. Thank you. My husband was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer at the beginning of the pandemic. We live aboard a sailboat and stopped leaving it unless I went out for supplies.
I started some horrible habits! Basically, I ate and drank my way through the last 3 yrs. I gained 40lbs (usually 115lbs), my fasting blood glucose shot up to 125 (usually mid-90s), and my blood pressure shot up to 137 over 90 (usually 115/75).
I scared myself as I previously was a half-marathon runner and weight-trained 3 days consistently.
This year is the year to focus on getting myself back to healthy levels. After 4mos I became bored with my routine and was skipping them. And then I found you! You've got me excited about working out. So, from the bottom of my heart...thank you.

Yes that was a very intense but nicely varied workout & 20mins was just perfect length - arms & abs on 🔥 Thank you Mikala just 2 more 30mins workouts to complete week 6, have really enjoyed them all & getting stronger💪
Thank you. That was fire. I didn't burn a ton of calories, just 100, but that isn't what this was about... it was about feeling are upper body burn and it did.
I usually combine two or three of her shorter workouts for a more complete routine/higher calorie burn. :)
I was so sore this morning and this was a great way to shake things out and keep strengthening! Thank you!

Such a good workout!! All of your videos with dumbbells are seriously so good. As a woman with PCOS I appreciate your low impact/strength training videos. I dont feel "out of breath-exhausted" or feel like I wanna die after the workout, but oh man am I sweating alot! Seriously, never stop making strength + low impact videos, I LIVE for them! 🔥💪

This coupled with a lower body workout is my favorite because my legs are so much stronger than my arms, I can't use the same weights for both and challenge myself. I should probably do this one twice as much so my arms catch up! Thanks Mik!

I may not be able to do each exercise without a modification but it sure is a positive challenge.
