Hi. I loved this but the ads in the middle completed threw me off and I nearly lost my balance. Is this absolutely necessary? I love your workouts but maybe let people know about ads before they start???
Pro tip for added sweat in this workout: have a toddler under you and try not to step on them. When I finished this my 2 year old looked up at me and said "mommy more DANCING" 😂😂😂 WE will be doing this again!
Oh no! Sorry to hear! Focus on keeping your core engaged and push your hips back so you’re in an athletic stance. You don’t want your back to be arched ❤️
