    This is the only fitness channel i watch. Ive lost 19lbs in 5 weeks by eating healthy and working out with HASfit once a day. I started with 10 minutes and tonight was my first night doing this 35min workout. I was struggling with some of the moves but im going to keep teging.

    It is hard to explain how greatful i am for your work. Started with you 2 years ago to get in shape, worked well. Then i got sick, And had to stop several months. I loved working with you trough chemiotherapy, I loved it post surgery, and I love it now, fighting against my own myasthenic self. I hope you all are doing okay, thank you again for your dedication.     Forgive me Coach and Claudia, for I have sinned! I've been using Hasfit videos for well over a year and not donated one stinking cent to your excellent workout site. How's that for gratitude?! So, I finally took some action and bought one of your cool workout shirts. The shirt arrived today and I wore it for the 25-minute full body strength workout. I plan on ordering more workout stuff in the future.
    I do your workouts with two goals in mind: increase heart and muscle strength, and alleviate depression. When I'm consistent I notice I do feel better all around. I'm also a big fan of your standing ab routines.
    Your channel is making a positive impact on so many people.

    Hey Coach and Claudia, you both are extremly knowledeable, professional but friendly and funny. Thank you Thank you. You saved my life. I am a middle aged a little overweight lady normally does just walking even that was hard specially on hills. But during Covid 19 started working from home so I find you guys. Since that day i tried to do it at least 3 times a week your 20 minutes’ videos. 20 minutes’ videos just perfect for me. That’s why i am able to continue. Gave me enough what i needed. It was hard initially but getting easy a little day by day. I can't not believe how much better i am walking now. My legs feel stronger and those hills are Nothing no more. So, from the bottom of my heart i can't thank you enough. Now, all my family are on, all over the globe. I tell everyone about your perfect 20 minutes’ videos that can fit any body’s busy schedule. One day soon we are planning to do a zoom video so we all will be doing it together. From Toronto, New Zealand, India, Dubai and of course North Carolina. :-). Keep it up the good work.

      I fell into this routine (at first the 10 minutes one) likes how coach and Claudia talks us right through is. I am 65 but still in Day One stage. Knees don't bend much for squats and takes me a whole week to recoup. Then when I feel better I get energized and do it again and then another week to recoup. Not good. I need to follow your example Kate Ryan. Thanks for the inspiration.

      @@sharmilachakraverty6439 I'm by far no expert but maybe you are overdoing it. Maybe try taking more breaks. A week to recover and you keep going back for more,that's inspiration!

    A while ago out of all workouts on here that I did and completed, this one I failed, but I completed it today! I love the motivation words and speeches throughout these and are making these a priority on my list of things to do for the week.     I must have lost half a kilo from thst workout alone. I did a 37 minute MMA workout earlier today and that is serious too. I love to mix it up. Tomorrow maybe strenght training + an ab workout. Can't begin to tell you how much you have helped me turn my life around and thank you for the extra 10 years I will live gracias to this lifestyle! A million thanks C Kozak and Claudia!

    This is the second one of your workouts I've tried, and even in a short time my back feels stronger and I walk straighter. Now that the gym is closed due to virus I've turned to TH-cam, and now I actually find this better for me than my gym routine. Plus you're very nice people which makes it pleasant to do the workout, not intimidating at all! Thanks a lot, Claudia and Coach!

    I love the "all standing' workouts because I have a vertigo condition that can sometimes flair up when lay flat on the mat. And the "no jumping" is great as well because I live in a high-rise bldg. Thanks so much for inspiring me to work out every day. YOU ROCK!

    I’m back after a few weeks break! I was using TH-cam to look for a variety of other exercises to keep me excited about exercising. Did some non-religious yoga (hard to find), Pilates, kickboxing, simple dance (forget Zumba, I am a rhythm disaster), brain/body work and enjoyed it all for the most part. Still, nothing beats HASFIT in the quality of the sound, video, instruction and encouragement. Combo moves make the time fly by as they keep my mind busy with coordination moves and keeping balance. Love the hope of these getting easier and easier 😁 thanks for the reminder. And thanks for your great work.

      Very true, Ana. I gained unbelievable weight loss (189 to 160 within 6 months, eating healthy, no fried foods nor saturated fat, etc.), perfect LDL from 240 to 129 and firm body (I drink a protein shake after every workout). Bottom line: HasFit workout routines are easy to follow and doable.

    Good preview. Good form. Nice calm voice. I used weights. I can’t imagine being a beginner and doing this although you advise to make it work for you. The exercises were long with no breaks. Good to see use of water bottles because not everyone has weights. Thanks!

    Managed to get my wife to get up off the couch and do this workout with me. I do a lot of ddpyoga and strength training, but I've still so much weight to lose. A friend recommended you guys, so I tried a 35 minute workout over my lunch break instead of the boring old treadmill and loved it (lower weights for me next time though). Anyways, first time my wife has worked out in a out 2 years and she really enjoyed it. Thanks!

    Lately I've developed pain in my ankles (maybe arthritis? I'm getting it checked by the doctor soon!), so I couldn't do my normal workouts that include jumping jacks, etc without pain ensuing.

    I alternate between this and few other a couple of your other low impact cardio videos.Then I do one or two body part focused videos depending on how tired I am that day. For some reason this cardio video kicks my butt more than the others.

    I have bronchiectasis and am 50 lbs over my considered weight. This workout helped me so much. I was able to do the whole 20 min with little modification. Thank you.
