    Start of week 25 is done 🤗✌ see u on Wednesday for second one 🙆‍♀️ I am also doing cardio hit workouts 🙆‍♀️

    Can this be done every day?

      It's really up to you and how you feel! I'd say many women could maybe do it every other day, but if you're feeling good, healthy and up to it, then there's no reason you couldn't do it every day.

      Hi! Do you mean which part of pregnancy? As long as you're healthy, free of complications and take things at your own pace (especially if you're just starting to do more activity), exercise has benefits at any stage of pregnancy :) Also, congratulations 😊
