16 weeks with my baby #2 and already feeling tired. these workouts are perfect length and intensity. sometimes I add another video depending on how I feel. Need more of these and strength workouts!
Okay, I've been doing your workouts about 5 times a week since week 12ish (I'm now at week 26!) and this one was KILLER. I don't know why I found it so hard, but I'm thankful for a good sweat and feeling like Super Mama 😅

Loved this, the chair was a great support for the exercises and stretches. Made me feel strong and stable. Especially love using the chair as a bridge alternative, I haven't been able to do any back lying exercises in my third trimester so loved that as an option!
I want to thank you so much for your Amazing workouts and yoga cessions. It energized me and help me a lot with my pains. When I passed my 1st trimester I was lost on what I could and couldnt do. You saved my practice! I am actually 30 weeks ans feel amazing. I am watching you from France ! Thank you again
This was a tough workout. I found a couple of moves uncomfortable to do with the chair so I opted for the modifications. I've been doing your workouts from week 5 till now (week 26) and I find them perfectly balanced. Thank you for your great job Jessica!

Great video. I jogged through my pregnancy till my body said "no more" around 32 weeks. I wish I had integrated more body-resistant work-outs like this.

I like working out with you almost every day since my early pregnancy. I am now in my 33rd week. However, in this video I was surprised with the push up exercises and plank knee up exercises. Are they safe for diastasis?
Gotta say I love this channel but this was not the workout for me. I don't know if it's me being that out of shape or me being nearly 36 weeks pregnant but this was so much harder for me than some of the other workout videos you have.
I like your workout but i think this is too much for a third trimester. I always do workouts but in my opinion this is too fast. Need more seconds during breaks.
This may be too much for some but not nearly for others. At 31 weeks, I wanted more so this is a matter of opinion. There are modifications for those who need a lighter version.
33 weeks pregnant. I found this workout unsuitable for the third trimestre. It's way over the top, some exercises are simply impossible to do with a large belly. Even going at my own pace and replacing some exercises with more suitable ones I haven't enjoyed this at all.

I started without chair, but there wasn't chairless modification for each movement :(

I also workout regularly and have for years. Some of these moves I really had to modify or needed breaks. (At 30 weeks pregnant)
I am 33 weeks, and also struggling. Some exercises I just do half of the time, and I include more breaks.
This may be too much for some but not nearly for others. At 31 weeks, I wanted more so this is a matter of opinion. There are modifications for those who need a lighter version.
