These videos are a great combination of raw motivation, detailed knowledge, and humor. Also, having a vocal partner makes this great listening for us in the gym.
I appreciate that! Thank you!!
This guy is so underrated it’s crazy, one of the best to do it
Thanks
I don’t understand how hunter got that yoga block set under that weight casually. This content is pure gold though.
the atlantis press is pretty light out the bottom, plus if he can push that weight he can easily pull it a few inches
Roy and Hunter is solid !!! love the breakdowns !!!
Thank you!
Mark my words brother, one day you will be minister Olympia 🩵
Really great stuff Hunter. Love the many great examples of being a smart trainer. You and Nick gotta do a session together - that would be must see U tube. Go get em Hunter!

Hope you like it!
The tips / cues vids are really great !!! These type vids from guys like Hunter, Nick, Dr. Nick / Feathers are helping me progress way more than the grip-n-rip days. As an older guy ( 50 y.o. ) these are helping correct some of my joint issues while still making progression. Thanks Hunter !!! Keep it Up !!!
Glad you like them!
Love the recent content you’re putting out. Great stuff. Nice work Cut cast as well. Go get em Hunter!
Appreciate it!
Holy smokes Hunter, these videos are fantastic! Thanks for doing these and offering this priceless advice to us. Always genuine/knowledgeable and it reminds me of Meadows' videos

You’re welcome!
It's so nuts watching you, here you are one of the top bodybuilders in the world, big 300lb guy, and you are super intelligent! Not to say bodybuilders can't be smart but it's just not the stereo type right...Your vocabulary is so expansive, it's really cool to listen to you break things down while you train
Big thanks
Awesome info thank you

always following HUNTER! How is your current split workout for this off season? still training 4 times a week? thanks!
Great video. I love the instructional videos. That shirt is bad ass.
Thanks!
💪💪💯
How do you like the banded smith? Do you feel like it puts a little bit more emphasis on triceps?
Gotta admit, I like the way you did to pack that flies in the incline machine that was awesome. Both yawls guys chest were full and even rounded at the end of the workout. Now it’s time to go get that first place in the Olympia.. stay focused
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks
Welcome
Loved the intro
Thanks!
👏👏
Hey hunter and Roy. Two questions. For your splits what number of exercises do you recommend for larger and smaller body parts ? 4/5 for large muscles and 2/3 for smaller ?
I’m starting to document my workouts with reps and weight. Do you find writing these things down are beneficial and help towards making progress with the workload ?
Yes you are correct. Typically we are doing about 4-5 exercise for the larger muscles and 2-3 for the smaller. For instance on our arm day we are only doing 2 exercises for the biceps and 2 for the triceps. Just make sure you see how your body feels and really emphasize the control on every set.
@@RoyEvans360 thanks for the reply. I tried more exercises around 6 and was seeing no results or improvements. Once I cut back to 5 for larger groups and 2/3 for smaller groups i started to notice better strength and gains. Good luck and god bless.
Your daughter is so cute bro ❤
Hello bro,how are you 🙂♥️
What if you're tall? It's hard to fill out a full chest when you're above 6 ft 6 inches. And the other TH-cam channels don't cover this.
Take up basketball

Hunter, with the knowledge that you have as far as training, why do you need a coach? Just curious!
Because you're never too big for your own britches. Ask yourself why would all the top pros use and need a coach?
I like the s*** out of you brother. You're absolutely one of my favorite favorite body builders.
Thank you
Sandow time
All the equipment & correct 'form' is great, Hunter!!!
But, diet, nutrition, hydration, sleep, sups. & regimented PED's are, @ least, 80-85% of the daily routine!!!
Really, l'il need 4 a gym!! 😂
best 2 u & ur legendary Dad, Lee!!❤❤ 👍✨
Bubble guts everywhere 🤦🏾♂️
