Lee looks better than 99% of us in our prime .😅. Amazing watching them together, I watched lee compete grrowing up. Thumbed through his pics in muscle & fitness etc. He was (still is) one of my idols.

Yep, yep, and YEP. Been training the old-school "2 HEAVY sets, 2-3 reps" right off the bat, followed by 8-12s from there on the rest of the workout. My strength been increasing 5 - 10 pounds a week, 2 or 3 more reps of the same weight, every week by training the way these guys are explaining. And DO NOT TRAIN THROUGH JOINT PAIN. That's BAD pain. Stay away from it. Pain in the MUSCLE is what you want, not the joints.
@@CaseyKCRichards he knows what his weaknesses are 100%, and I'm 100%, not only does he know, but he has a pro level coach who does this for a living that he sends pics to every single day of his physique and will tell him what he needs to work on 100%

Everything looked amazing except it looks like you lost a little thickness in your upper back again.. The detail was great it just looked a little flatter then your last 2 shows. Every other angle looks better though. I think you have a real shot of getting back in that first call out and upsetting the top 5.
It is NOT about working out , Size he is complete bodybuilder ! It’s about already a top Mr Olympia guy who can not for what ever come in Peeled Condition. & stay Peeled during the show! Andrew J & Krizo can not stand next to him , Yes taller yes bigger but not complete muscle to muscle yet So I ?? If he can get 7th place this year A few years & nothing like Sergio O & we wait!
I think you look awesome hunter. The only thing I’ll say is stop squeezing so damn hard in the pose and just hit it, you have fantastic posing but if the rounds go on and on all that crazy squeezing will wear you down and you’ll be sweating your balls off again and winded.

at 15:49 I hate that machine ,handle to fat! and fat ass ring right on thumb range cant get good feel for chest, some days i do some not so good .
