    This was my first work with you and I found it so wonderfully challenging. I am a marathoner and triathlete but ballet is new to me. Thank you for sharing!

      So glad you enjoyed this short workout Robert. You must be incredibly fit running marathons and doing triathlons!! Dance utilises your muscles in a lot of different ways but lots more athletes are turning to dance based fitness for conditioning and flexibility. I found the last part of this lesson balance exercise above my preparation and more suitable to the Pilates or Yoga gymnast. Difficulty rappresented need an special preparation and balance training.30'after warming, strecing and balance exercise maybe your able, sure not in 5'such hight level, compared to the all the other simpliest one, why at all sorry to compose it inside 5'?
