    I love the sleek girls Victoria and Flick. So sweet, life long dancers and friends. .Dance buddies are the best you go through such a lot together the ups and the downs.and have great memories of professional dancing days. Such a lovely bond..

      Ah Tansy, this is so true! Flik and I have so many years of shared memories and experiences. I honestly would not and could not imagine this whole journey without her.     Really good!
    I have neurological issues which make me have difficult times feeling some areas of my body awakes through training...
    Felt a lot of beautiful activation in the core with this one. Thank you!
