Black tights or leggings make it more difficult for us to see the relative positions of your legs. Sometimes we can't see which one is in front. Black doesn't show the subtle shadows and hues that we use to determine position in 2D videos. It's like watching a shadow puppet. Amateur mistake. Light colors or bare legs make it much easier to follow the exercises.
There are plenty of workouts on our app and you tube channel with bare legs and light colours. As professional dancers with combined careers of 40 years and creators of content for 13 years we are not amateurs but thank you for you comments and we wish you a great day!
