@@stardust9329 Super messed up, right? We have consumers that complain about bad guy big company but refuse to stop ravenously consuming their products, meanwhile good guys like EVGA do not have their loyalty repaid equally.
They were exceptional I once had a rep from them in the line with me for over 4 hours trouble shooting a PC just so they could ensure their motherboard or PSU wasn't the cause.
This is definitely one of my favorite builds you have done looks absolutely great.

@@_Mike.PThere's nothing really wrong with Intel's "Limited Edition" Cards that a partner can fix. Their issues go much deeper.

They can't. EVGA wants the best stuff to be able to beat world records and AMD has nothing that can compete with Nvidia in the top-end.

I had a thought on loop layout. Yeah I know you're "finished", BUT take the top radiator and turn it around so the fittings are on the front. Would match the line into the CPU block and the one that goes to the block after the radiator would layout better also.

Now you need an Eurolite gauge with loop pressure, blowoff valve sound when load decreases, pulsing golden underglow neon and a DANGER TO MANIFOLD warning when CPU/GPU throttles.

If you're not happy with the tube on the right, you could always tap a new hole in the acrylic.

It is really sad. During the GPU shortage EVGA maintained their preorder queue long after everyone else and sold me a 3060 Ti at MSRP. At that time they were going for north of $800 on Ebay from scalpers. I'm not aware of another board partner.. or manufacturer anywhere in the PC space for that matter... with that level of customer focus.
My EVGA 1070 12gb Hybrid is still kicking after all these years.

Love EVGA and this build. Wish I would have saved more of their stuff from the many builds I had done in the past.
EVGA Has been my brand of choice for my last 3 gpus... thats like 10 years of gpus for me. Sad that I'll have to go another brand when I upgrade but at least I have a 3090 so I won't have to upgrade for awhile!

I don't see EVGA making money off of anything but PSUs at this point. I bought basically one of each EVGA peripheral to try out, but that's because they've been on massive clearance for ages. I find it hard to believe EVGA can get by selling semi-decent peripherals at the same price as Aliexpress unbranded. The Z20 could be bought for as low as $50 new and the x20 was under $30. I think that's pretty telling when they were intended to be their flagship peripherals.
EVGA is a company that I really trust and would love to keep supporting, but I would be shocked if they are not owned by a larger company 5 years from now.
Montage slaps hard
Its crazy i was able to get 40,8xx with a 7950x using pbo. Tbf i upped the wattage to 245 watts and had an undervolt that took me 2 days to dial in. Highest temp was 83c on ccd 1 which i am chalking up to the cold plate design on my aio because ccd 2 never broke 70c.
Hope Evga comes true! so many years with their stuff and never a problem, small problems with asus and msi but never with evga.
Ngl if you did your loop with carbon fiber hard lines i think it would have looked cooler and i personally would have sanded the direct die plate with a piece of sandpaper on a sheet of glass and verified the depth with calipers so i knew when to stop.

I can't share the same enthusiasm for this as the rest of you, four of the last products I have purchased from EVGA have failed. That's unacceptable! I fear for my GPU!

I made a tribute build as well... nowhere near as cool though. It sort of is... its custom also, just not the EVGA case, or an EVGA 4090. That P1 is expensive! I have the X570 FTW motherboard, 3080 TI FTW3, and a 1300w Supernova G+ PSU. Was going to run my 850w because it had plenty of power for it, but the physical dimensions were too small in the case and looked bad when it was mounted. Oh, and I picked up the Z15 and the X20.
Probably going to pack the motherboard away soon because I dont need such a "serious" OC board for an everyday driver.... but I do want to try LN2 out sometime. Its a great board to hang on to for that.
14th gen is almost out
Dude I was SOOO pissed never got my 3090 when it came out because of mthrfkn scalpers and their BS so I'm still rockin an EVGA 970 superclocked ftw3 holding off for a RTX 4090 at which time I'll have to modify my loop to independently cool CPU and GPU and really warm up the place LoL it'll save oil in the winter and cost power in the summer LoL makin the a/c sweat 😄

This sucks I have literally 8 EVGA Products with a 1000w psu I just purchased yesterday with. 10 YEAR warranty.

I get the frustrations dealing with Nvidia, but to me the story of eVGA isn't about Nvidia, it is about how CEOs (and a good portion of private owners) almost never actually earn their wealth or really contribute anything to companies. What was his plan when he dropped the graphics card department? He literally couldn't even articulate a plan, just "we'll be fine". The guy clearly has no idea how to actually run a business.

@@TotalDbag24Because there is no money in AMD at all. EVGA left the market leader that has over %80 of the GPU market and you expect them to go to AMD lmao. AIB partners don’t make alot of money off of the GPU’s anyway. Then they would also have to compete against Sapphire as well.
@@ZackSNetwork Has more money in it then no gpus at all. And I'd actually expect them to sell very well compared to Sapphire as people who are switching from Nvidia to AMD would see a familiar name with a great reputation and gravitate towards that.
It is a shame that EVGA no longer makes Graphics cards anymore as they was the Only Brand I could rely on and purchased.

I need to find an evga 30 series Ti gpu on the second hand market before theres none left and prices become insane. Currently using a 2080Ti xc ultra 11Gig that I've been happy with for a while and a spare 2070 in my other rig/ test bench.
Guess i better start looking asap!
@@naufalkusumah2192depends on vram issues. I wasn't buying into the hysteria people were throwing out till I played hogwarts, re4 and last of us.
When I built my first PC I had 1 EVGA part, a 1080ti FTW3. When the 2080ti was announced THEY emailed me and informed me of the step up program and helped me upgrade to a 2080ti by trading in my 1080ti... What an amazing brand to do that for a customer. I swore that when I did my next build it would be all EVGA but it is unfortunate to see that that may not happen. Thank you for what you did for the PC community EVGA.
Bought my first EVGA product over 22 years ago, the e-GeForce2 MX PCI. It was a 32mb card and actually performed great at the time.

Not very often that you find yourself a company that is just the one. For me it was Kaybee Toys, great store I really enjoyed in all those giant malls that we used to have. Thanks for the memories KB and EVGA.

I'm sad to see EVGA go, but this build looks amazing. The only thing I'd change is swapping out the black cable combs on the 24 pin and EPS cables to gold ones as well.

I think this is the most impressed I have ever been watching a PC build montage! Both because the montage quality and the cool factor of this build. That carbon 'feebreh' is so classy, the EVGA tribute, the black and gold, the cable management, its all so perfect. Outstanding work Jay and Co.!

The build looks great. I think you should paint the silver parts on the case a metallic gold to take it to the next level, like the cylinders that hold the wires that thread through the rings which you could paint as well. Also, the PSU silver plate as you mentioned, as well.
I would've loved to see an rpm gauge for the fans. Insane build regardless.

This is exactly why I shelled out $900 for a 3090 ti FTW 3 Ultra. Such a special card, even though they made some 4090s the 3090ti was the last official card and using SLI still has some of the highest records in Port Royal. Gonna be tough to want to upgrade from it, luckily I’ve got plenty of VRAM 😁
I was so close to pulling the trigger when they dropped that low. Then I got greedy and said let's wait for one more price drop. Two weeks later the EVGA going under news dropped and up in price they went again. I can still grab a used one atleast.

Why tf would they let themselves go under like this? I'm fine with them bailing on nvidia, but they could've swapped to amd. There's no way amd would turn down a partnership with a company as popular as evga. I dunno, evga is looking real stupid right now, and I'm saying as someone who adored and love this company. This is like watching a best friend self destruct.
Ive moved away from EK, their products are sub par and overpriced.
you should get a laser engraver go with the xTool P2 if you get it you won't be disappointed with it. I think your black acrylic tubing would have looked better than that black rubber look or for that matter Borosilicate glass would have looked really cool.
The fall of EVGA would only add up to NVIDIA's arrogance & egocentric schemes... And all others who strongly believes that customers are nothing but cash flows & milking stations.
