Autistic Self Care, Sensory Disorder, and Establishing a New Normal.

The journey towards improving my self care has been humbling sprinkled with doses of humiliation. No one wants to be judged on their level of cleanliness, however, while I combat issues with sensory sensitivity disorder and executive dysfunction, I’m finding ways to create a new normal in my routine.
This is my story. And these are “my” strategies.
