Anti Rust Coatings

Whatever goo you choose to use, any goo is better than no goo. Maybe Fluid Film is the goo for you. I'm not a Fluid Film fan. LPS-3 and CRC are gonna be the goo for me. I explain why.
Also covered are external and internal paint coatings for those who endeavor to restore a rust bucket before it's irreversible, as well as protect clean metal on new or repaired parts before they rust.
I forgot to make clear that the Eastwood internal frame coating product in the aerosol cans comes with a special 24" snorkel. You will need to straighten one of those snorkels with heat because they come curled in a tight coil and that makes them impossible to use, the snorkel MUST lay straight for you to direct spray accurately. You can also connect 2 of them to get more reach. You will probably have 2 of them because there is almost no job where one can of this stuff is enough because it goes quick, and if you have a whole car project you will use it by the case. Then right after you spray, shoot a 2 second blast of any suitable aerosol solvent, (brake clean, Eastwood PRE, etc) to clean the inside of the snorkel, then wipe the outside with solvent on a rag. Do this and your straightened snorkel can be reused indefinitely.
