I think it's the placebo effect of snake oil.. they wanna believe it so bad that the effect of water that initially feels like it did something and they feel like it did.. probably because they're not doing high end heat. I'm here to tell you that it definitely unequivocally doesn't infact NOT work.. not even a little bit.
