    Dr. Eric Broadworth completed the 75 Hard Challenge from January 29, 2023 through April 13, 2023.
    Some of the biggest take aways include:
    Making sure your exercise/activities are safe.
    Making sure your diet fits your body's nutrition requirements. Be careful of using any extreme diets, especially those low in calories that your body needs if you are going to exercise twice per day.
    Planning ahead is key. Know when you are going to get your workouts in and check out the weather to avoid storms and stay safe.

    Great overview of this challenge from a PT perspective. Good choice on the walking. People often think they just need constant intense exercise to get in shape. The benefits of light exercise like walking, relaxed swimming, yoga, calf raises, unweighted squats, taking the stairs...etc. can be underrated. It's easier to keep them up and they can complement the harder stuff (which is also good). Plus, incorporating these into your exercises can decrease in the chance of causing or aggravating an injury. Nice vid.

      Thank you! I completely agree that people often think of HIIT training and pushing their body to the limits as exercise and often forget about the benefits of light body weight movements
