    14 minutes was my record, after that I just switch off my phone and drop to the deepest sleep. Thank you Loren!

      How are you feeling?! TH-cam is so weird with comments sometimes and I saw one from you about how you fell and I couldn't find it to actually reply! Then it's summer and crazy here with three kids so I never remembered to message you. So I suck. I hope recovery is going ok and you are feeling better each day. I'm sure nighttime is the worst. I have another nidra coming out soon for the body and healing so perfect timing for your situation 😜

      Hi Dan! So glad this is helping you sleep better. One of my best tricks for myself to decrease screen time is to turn my phone to black and white mode. It works better than anything else I have tried!

    Thank you for a nice Nidra practice.But you should stop the talking earlier on the meditation. So much carrying on talking can make you loose the momentum of drifting!

      Hi, clearly you're new here. ❤️ You aren't supposed to watch me sleep, you're supposed to practice the sleep meditation. Maybe give it a try.
