Кто не понял, это кондиционер-отопитель*. При чем, обе функции он выполняет одновременно.
*и да, КПД никто не отменял: воздух греет он сильнее, чем охлаждает, плюс греется его блок питания.

That would work if you used larger wire. Those pelter junctions pull 6 or more Amps.

Blowing cold from the front but it's blowing heat from the back. Considering the use of electricity if this was left in an insulated room the temperature would just get hotter the longer it was on. You must vent the back outside.

Se il dissipatore è fuori dalla finestra allora si raffredda un po', altrimenti la somma dell'energia e pari,anzi sfavorevole per il riscaldamento dell'alimentatore, la fisica e quella. Buona idea comunque ma La cella di Peltier consuma un po' usa un pannello solare.
