What a fabulous informative review. I've had ME since '95 after Glandular Fever and already subscribe to Body Keeps the Score and other brain rewiring theories and they definitely work. I tried Curable for a week but found there was way too much reading especially for someone like myself who prefers to listen. I also found that it was too basic however that might be because I had a free trial. However it would certainly help anyone who hasn't realised pain along with anxiety etc start in the brain - very powerful.
Thanks for your comment. Yes, everyone has different ways of learning, so it's a good idea to find the style that works for you. I think Curable does have a lot more in the paid version - including recorded interviews and case studies etc.
Thank you so much! This was really helpful. I'm looking for a program to help with mild chronic fatigue and brain fog. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with Reorigin, as it seems to get to the point--I'm concerned some of the others might be overwhelming, but when I'm done with that one, your video makes me want to follow-up with Curable just to get more viewpoints, and it seems like they have a LOT to offer (which is why I think it might overwhelm me right now, haha). Thank you again! I really appreciate your kindness in taking the time to make this very helpful video. Blessings to you on your healing journey! 💗
Thanks for this video. So glad to hear this positive review. Thanks for giving some hope. Sending love to you and everyone with these misunderstood conditions. Thanks for reminding me the importance of the writing exercises.
I’m thinking of getting this app based on your recommendation. I also have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, along with a host of other mind-body pain syndrome. I am a long time student of the work of Dr. John Sarno and his peers. Is this app loosely based on his teachings? Thank you so much for your review.
I'm not absolutely sure, to be honest. But there does seem to be a lot of scientific work coming together that has the same principles. I'm currently reading about Dysregulated Nervous System - and I'll be doing a video on this shortly. I think apps like Curable totally support this teaching.
Thank you so much for your review of this app. I've been ambivalent about trying Curable for chronic migraine and there are so few reviews about the app but yours seemed frank and honest. Wishing you the best of health!
❤❤❤❤❤ I have given you a like and a love and a subscribe hit! And I want to share your link. I have two questions. 1. Now that many more months have passed to what degree are you using it and benefiting from it? 2. Since I also struggle with staying on task, due to my a d h d, does anything or anyone help you to stay motivated to keep using this? Automatic billing companies typically want you to forget that you have the service until 10 or 20 years ago by and they're rich! THANX A LOT!
Hi - thank you so much for your comments! To answer your questions: 1. I don't use it every day now, but I do still find it useful on days when I'm feeling a bit below par. I recently decided to renew my subscription - and luckily, they do have a monthly payment scheme now. But they do warn you in advance that the renewal is coming up, so you do have the choice! 2. In the early months of using it, I just added it to my morning routine - and made a commitment to use the app soon after I woke up every morning. I think having a list of things you need to do every day helps (I have lists for everything!) - and because I am so busy, I just find having a daily routine keeps me on track.

New subscriber here 👋 I love your personality, style and brilliant review. Thank you so much❤
I am reluctant to get the app as £55 is a lot of money. I think nuch of the information you spoke about is something you can get in TH-cam now.
