Beth I think it’s incredible to hear about how many surgeries you had yet still the body heals itself. Our bodies know what to do and adapt. You are living proof of this. And to hear about that pain clinic telling you what you should do to your own body when you have zero symptoms. Shocking. The way you said but I don’t need it, your brain totally believes this. Way to go!

Amen it’s the fear in our lives that feeds the sensations, every time. Thanks Beth for your testimony about this. I can relate

Thanks Beth, we have had some similar experiences. What I'm hearing is you started believing and healing started. That was my experience as well.
Dialing down the fear like Dan talks about continues to be the best tool in the shed for me. When I think about something physical I need to do, often a wave of powerlessness comes over me until I sort it out (dial down the fear). Congrats on your sobriety, heartfelt thank you to you both !!

Amazing. I'm the same if I read or hear anyone saying they have chronic pain I point them to Dan too. Great story. Onwards you go.👏👏

Congratulations Beth and thank you for sharing . It helped me when you said you weren’t into the writing side because I have trouble doing it and it ihas always worried me that I won’t get better if I don’t journal as so many people say it’s very important. You are living proof that it’s possible without. Thank you. Congratulations on your sobriety too from a fellow recovering alcoholic sober 28 years xxxx

Great job, Beth. I love your attitude towards aging & weight training. I too, am an older person that loves to train with weights. You're truly an inspiration. Keep up the great work 💪

I totally get the fear of "what's coming next". I too have had medical problems (now I believe TMS) since childhood and have spent my life being afraid that every pain was life threatening. I have had some serious issues in the past, but even those were made worse by the TMS and improved since I have been practicing the methods I have learned from Dan. I believe we are about the same age Beth and I continue to be encouraged by testimonies like yours. Thank you!

“As soon as you start to tell yourself in your perception that you can’t do something anymore, then your biologic system will adjust to prove you’re right…. you will not do what you think you can’t do”(Bruce Lipton). So it doesn't matter how long you've been in pain. Healing may take longer because of the hypersensitivity of your autonomic nervous system, but anyone can overcome TMS with the right approach. EVERYBODY!!!

It's not taught in medical school. The treatment doesn't exist in the insurance codes. It's not profitable compared to mainstream treatments.
