    This was awesome! How do you not fall asleep doing it :D Also, I'm curious if you've ever followed spoon theory or the energy envelope and if you've given your self 'spoons' for the day?

      I think if you fall asleep then you needed it. I think of my energy as percentages (the cfs/fms rating scale does a 0-100 scale and I visualise like percentage) however I haven't tried to break my day into spoons. My spoons alter too much!

    Thank you for this video. Hopefully you will find useful what I will write. You were talking too fast for me. I didn't have time to move my attention to the said part of the body. It takes a couple of seconds to move attention. I was feeling rushed.
