Week 4 Day 2: Today, I gave MORE with 4/4 workouts completed. Since I needed to use the modification for the Plank Push-Up and the V-Sit Twist, I did one MORE set of each. I am getting closer to building greater strength. The new ISO Finisher and some foam rolling completes the workout day. FINISH STRONG! 🤗

Week 2 Day 2 Complete! Love/hate doing pushups because they challenge me after a few reps, but when I manage to finish the rounds feels so rewarding and powerful!
So glad I came across these workouts. Each one I've come across is on point starting with the trainers to the music to the graphics to the backdrop. Not looking elsewhere. Finally I've found something I'll enjoy.
Week 2, Day 2 [01/11/22]; Workout completed + 10-Minute Push-Up Progression Workout! Not gonna complain ever again about my legs, but now I'll complain about my arms. Definitely need to work a bit more here, especially considering that I usually get headaches for some weird reason while doing an arms workout. Thank you so much!

Week 2 Day 2: Ended up doing these twice yesterday to provide moral support for my wife. Glad I’m not regretting it today, it was a nice pace where I very much felt it when I was done but I’m still able to go again today.
Week 4 day 2 of obla celeb challenge 11/15/22. Loved this and very effective and felt it in the arms immediately. Perfect workout to add a couple times a week. Loved it!
Week 2 day2 pushing through had to break the work outs up today which worked out great, even squeezed in a walk. Side plank push ups are definitely one I haven't done before so I like learning the new moves to target every area of the body.
I had to stop and pray for a second for strength to finish cause the 10 mins felt like an hour. So glad i stuck through it. Next time I'll learn to stay in my lane cause initially i thought this 10mins aint gonna do nun but it sure did humble me 😂😂😂❤
Wk 7 day 2 - I'm a tad sore from yesterday's dumbbell workout but now soreness is "normal." Last month I was super sore every single day. So I'm HAPPY 😁
Great workout to follow along to, especially for someone just starting. I notice in myself doing some of the moves (sit ups etc), that my lower back sometimes arches. Any way to fix this as I feel it isn't technically the correct form.
Oooooooooo!! I didn't think I would get through this after the 10 minute push ups. But it was soooo worth it!! The music tpwards the end really helped. I also loved the bell ring for the punches. SRC23 Day 2 of week 2, workout 2 of 2 DONE!!! Onto the next one🔥👊 #consistency #food=fuel
