    In this video, we are talking about backbend flexibility and how to improve it!
    A backbend is a movement that targets our entire body. The muscles along the back of the body need to be strong enough to let the front muscles stretch and allow our spine to bend backward.
    I’ve prepared 5 exercises that combine strengthening and stretching several of the key muscle groups needed for a backbend.
    I recommend warming up your back and shoulders before getting into these exercises.
