Thanks kino, tailored it to suit me. I did some wheel pose, hadn't done in a while. To be honest I was lying in bed watching you on my phone, then my mum called and got on my nerves. So i got up and did yoga 😂
This practice as you say is for intermediate/advanced yogis but as a beginner following your classes, you can still follow along but keeping to the extremely simple versions of each Asana. Helps to take the fear of backbends away. Thank you 😊☀️🌻
First time practicing with you and it was amazing! I usually spend hours practicing backbend, I really needed an advanced but short practice which I can stick to! Thank you so much Kino, looking forward to your next backbend classes!
always greatful for your wisdom ...🙏 this is one of those flows you need to revisit after some time.. such a safe and blissful instructions🙏💚 hope to see more backbening long drills like this 🙏
I am grateful, that is a marvelous Yoga instruction absolutely useful and really clear for understanding and to improve my Yoga practice, you are amazing and powerful, you are a great inspiration and motivation for begginers, I really appreciate that, congrats.
challenging for me to, but thats exactly what i like to do, challenge myself everyday. I appreciate all the videos you put out been watching since probably about 2013. thx
This is really for advanced level .. I just stop in the middle off class 🤪🤪 hopefully you can make another full class of basic& intermediate level for backbending please 🙏🙏
Hey Kino, thank you for some nice backbends.. loved using the blocks for the wheel on forearms .. Just one feedback - would be great if we can reduce the talking .. it feels too much chatter for a yoga class!
Hi Kino! I’m so excited to see this video! I’ve been trying to deepen my backbending practice so I’m definitely going to add this video to my rotation. My question is; what prep do you recommend before practicing back bends or do you have any tips to advancing my practice. Thank you 😊
Shis is soo FINE, and a really good instructor. I'm a NOVICE #YoGi but I'm building confidence through her practice and a few other TH-camrs! Thanks for uploading #YoGiLife
I have a very very very flexible back (i used to be able to do a full back leg scorpion), but whenever I take any camel/variation I get super dizzy and lightheaded. Inversions don't seem to bother me, I can do head and handstands without any dizziness and vertigo. Can anyone help me? I have to stop for a few minutes after any bridge or camel and I don't know how to work around it. Thank you in advance!!!
Me: using Kino's videos since ~2015...I can do this! Kino: This is *not an easy class* Me: Eh, I can totally do this. *dies* hahaha :) Edit: This class is SO GOOD I had a dream about it...here for the second time, and I have a feeling this will be a new staple in my practice. Thank you so much Kino!
This video would be a lot more enjoyable if there weren’t like ten ads for the 27 min video. Super hard to maintain some poses during those long commercials
Just a week back I had a student who couldn't hold her foot in the backbend just like you. I adjusted her foot position and the very next moment she was able to hold the foot. You are making the same mistake in your foot position. I love you, I know you are very flexible but there are basic fundamental mistakes in your practice. Because of that students who follow you are poor in backbends.
Hi Mia. Yoga can be practiced in many different way. If you’re looking for something more slow paced I invite to any of my yin classes. This class is meant to be for advanced backbending which can be very challenging physically.
I'm always amazed by how much dedication and years you've put into your practice, it shows❤

Thank you so much teacher

There were a lots of advertising on this video 😢😢😢

Nice Kino 💖🧘♂️🛐 💖. Thanks with love .
Gracias 🙏🏼
I had no idea that backbends needed strength before this video - I only used to work on flexibility. Thanks Kino!
감사합니다
All super mam
Great practice, but getting an advertisement while I was in wheel pose with the leg extension was…..a little inconvenient
Great class but it really put me off when a loud ad came on mid backbend.
That was an amazing practice. Thank you 🙏🏼
Very much appreciated 🧘🏾♂️⚡️
Yoga ❤💕💕
namaste! dear

Open your front body, that'll help you so much in getting into deeper backbends ☺️🙏🏼

Wish i where stood behind you
4 volte la pubblicità in una pratica da 20 minuti. Improponile mi dispiace
I got buttocks cramps 8 minutes in 😂😭
I had to watch this video at 0.75 speed because the speed of your talking heightens my anxiety
I found the blocks made me panic even more when I landed on it instead of the ground
Yoga postures have Sanskrit names. Stop using stupid puppy/ dog names and commit to the culture
such a great practice, but its just too fast (the talking and the wizing through poses) and the attitude is just not what i believe yoga is about

Mam so sorry your face train left the station but surely rack is still young might be another year or so before menopause kicks in
What the heck is up with your lighting, Kino? Are you trying to burn our eyes out of their sockets? Normally your video quality is really good but....
I think it's fine. This is free content, remember :)
Кошка!!! Классная
Thank you 😊😊
