Question? I’m 56 and feel great. I eat very healthy and get enough protein but I take celexa 20mg and trazadone 50mg to help me sleep. I want to get off of these two meds and have tried several times. Any suggestions to ease this process. I hate taking anything.
Hey Natalie, sleep can be very complicated. My first go to is to take this before bed. Its specifically designed to help calm you down and often will improve sleep quality.
This video would be a lot more complete and helpful if you gave examples of the whole foods from which you can get all these vitamins and minerals that you list from.
Hi Dr. Zyrowski, so basically the calcium in a multivitamin is enough for daily intake along with at least 5000 I/U per day of Magnesium and D3 is Enough to get enough calcium? I was told to take calcium to avoid brittle bone during perimenopause and when in menopause eventually.

Thorne a good vitamin?
We need Boron for strong bones 😊
Which Magnesium is best to take before bed to help with sleep?
I use magnesium glycinate and magnesium lactate on rotation. Both work great for me personally 😊
I hear dont take it before bed
@@mark2073 why is that? Magnesium is excellent at calming the nervous system & falling asleep
@@allison471 i dunno, I just remember hearing it in one of the hundreds of health videos I watch. Or maybe it was D3
@allison471 i.take Mg glycinate. I take all my supplements before bed lol. I have great dreams
I heard that you shouldn’t take calcium at all.
I don't see a need for it if your doing everything else right.

Yes, it should be enough in a healthy individual. Perimenopause is complicated, its really a hormone issue.
@@dr.nickzyrowski Would you have any videos related to perimenopause? Thank you so much for your response and all you do.
