Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 onion
garlic powder, salt (half a teaspoon)
2 tomatoes (chopped well)
2 green peppers (thin and sweet)
2 large eggplants
2 garlic cloves
Some cheese! (choose cheese of any option, most important is that it should melt!)
-Serve with yogurt or tzatziki sauce! & a huge bowl of salad! :D
