First of all sorry for the delayed feedback. I followed your recipe step by step for making flour to prepare uppu cheedai and vella cheedai. It was excellent. No cracking at all. I gave my daughter a portion of the flour for her to try. She has also made the cheedai without bursting of cheedai. In fact i liked the vella cheedai prepared by my daughter very much. Both of us are very happy about the preparation which is possible only with your detailed narration taking care of the mistakes that we may make.
