- Took some time away from the Vault-Tec Workshop to finish off the Slog - I also snuck a few new pieces from the DLC.

Why do I watch these at 2am when I shouldn't be playing Fallout?
Looks like it's time to amass more materials and start building some other settlement up soon as I finish Sanctuary. Who am I kidding I'll never really finish anything, I keep changing my mind.
I've rebuild santuary 3 times already.
Just do it.
Ey boss, I was fuckin around with the settlement decorations and stuff and I came up with something for a bounty board thingo. Basically chuck a backwards painting on the wall using the concrete pillar glitch and write "bounties" on it with the lettering, and use the "space" piece of lettering to create pieces of paper to chuck on the board! These are the best designed settlements I've seen so far, and I have watched many settlement vids on youtube. I am particularly impressed with how you use the natural landscape and don't scrap everything, instead you incorporate it into a new vision. Well done sir
I really like your videos dude. I follow a few TH-camrs who make insanely cool and complicated settlements, but they take way too much time to make for someone like me who works 50 hrs a week and has kids and all that. So I really like that you make good looking settlements that are still simplistic enough to give me good ideas that I can actually add to my own builds. Well done.
I love those sunk down junk fences, they look so cool like that. There are so many possibilities with the pillar glitch, I'm going to use it to make Gorilla beds.
Just want to leave a big thank you for the content you generate! Especially for shown love to wooden items texture, as after I felt it through and tried on my own I just couldn't stop myself from building spree. And also this your idead with vendor booths in settlements, it's just lovely and no other words, I still can't get enough of it. Best of luck and keep good! And thanks again!

This is absolutely awesome. Finally something more realistic but creative with the Slog. Excellent with the greenhouse. Keeps the farming part. I'm going to be back for more ideas with this settlement. Thank you.

I took a bit of a break from the game earlier this year, but I have to say settlement building keeps pulling me back in >< your stuff is still inspiring, been here since you taught us how to 'fix' Sanctuary houses :)

This is by far one of my favorite settlement builds by you.
I would just like you to know you deserve more subscribers then you have you are funny and what I called skilled keep up the good work!
Really dig what you did with the place; gave me some inspiration for my own Slog build; nowhere near as elaborate as yours, but the concrete walls really do look grand surrounding the place. I put a couple simple scaffolding towers near my entrances to house my turrets, but I really need to start equipping my settlers with combat armor and better weaponry all 'round, since the last time I fast traveled in, a couple raiders had spawned about halfway between the Slog and the Ironworks, so the settlers went to fight the raiders and ended up in a pitched battle with the Forged (probably doesn't help that I have a supply line from the Slog to Finch Farm).

Fabulous work... I always learn shit whenever I watch something of yours.
Amazing. Your "The Slog" looks far more natural than mine even with mods, especially the perimeter walls.
I actually had lore reasons for my "The Slog" looking slightly fancier. 1) Ghouls don't die due to age, so they might have a lot of knowledge and experience. 2) Feral Ghouls don't attack Ghouls, making scavenging easier. 3) Radiation doesn't affect Ghouls making scavenging much easier.
Those 3 factors combined means they have the time, skill and, material to build a luxurious settlement (as lux as the commonwealth wasteland can be) ...or at least as much as 2.75 size bars almost choking a PS4 will let me...

Really Love your videos Just wish i had even even half the creative ability you have. You do some awesome builds my settlements are just plain and practical. And i dont know about any one else but those rad storms give me Chills down my spine i find them quite freaky when i'm in a dark quiet room with my headset up loud lol
I prefer the narrated tour I like the stuff he talks about and I get bored without him talking

Can you do a build of the mechanist lair? There should be some good stuff with the vault tec dlc
you should go back and look at some of your earlier videos/work and see how far you've come in terms of building technique. the new settlement looks great and its nice to see you gradually improving over time from great to dev quality design. keep it up!
2:30 You can scrap the beds. Hold down the select button as if you were moving several items until the bed is highlighted, and place the bed on a piece of flooring then scrap the flooring. The bed will be scrapped along with the flooring. Alternatively, you can just move the beds if you so wished by holding down the select button. I use those two rooms as garages for power armour.
If you're looking for something to do in the pool, I turned it into a bar. I used concrete floors to make a roof across the back part of the pool, and turned it into a small bar. only thing is the water and berries

Davey-you should put those crates together and rug glitch a chair in them so it looks like there sitting on the crate
If you wanted to move the beds the select all pillar glitch will allow you to move them and maybe stack them all somewhere outside the settlement lmao

Hey norespawns, ive been making my longfellows cabin island into a small fishing community and an idea you could use is multiuse buildings. For example ive got a barn with tools, random storage and what not that ive turned into a makeshift clinic for settlers.

Davey, question, what Stats do you use for your current build? I know you use an Assualt Rifle and but that gives me very little to work with. Oh, and if you don't know, Doors from the doors tab now snap perfectly into Sanctuary Buildings.

Yo Dave, if you rug glitch scavenging station you can put it in junk fence and voila you have a settler welding/reinforcing your junk fence
for the beds that are preset and can't be moved, the pillar glitch actually works on them.
If you want to scrap the beds in that first section you showed move the beds, one at a time, onto a floor piece, then store the floor piece. The bed will disappear.
Over the next while could you do a stream for a larger settlement and build it from the ground up
really injoyed the talking davy so i no mind. its what makes your videos yours. love what you have done with the place. really wish they where smart when building lights and other items for the games. in stead of giving us millions of the same items. they should of made is so we could turn or auto turn pylons and other items like that so we could fit them on the roof or ground and of corse walls. and lights give us the ablity to change the lightting by just taping on it in game and or brightness of it..
other things i wished they did was with the power cable i wish we had the ablity to just "nick" it in places and use pylons when we just want a clean area of lights in a area. (or wired them option) the hole building asp of the game was done very poorly to the point i hate usinf the lettering and other things because its BS.... (hell we should of been able to use the computer to aguest lighting the way we wantted to....)
You should do commentary for all tours tbh... If they really don't wanna hear your voice they can just mute the video

You can pick up the beds, then place them on a shack floor, store the floor and it deletes the beds
you know you're English when you call a toilet a loo
To get rid of the beds put a plain floor down then move the beds onto it using the select all function then store the floor and the bed will be deleted
You can scrap the beds by moving them with the select all glitch and then placing them on a floor and then removing the floor, but the town gouls dont really like it and get bugged out when they need to go to bed.
This was patched lately, so we all have some great settlements that we can't really use!
You should Put Hancock in the slog after you reatch the settlers-limit, then you get the limit +1(hancock)

Could you make a big underground city in vault 88? I'm planning on building a minuteman city there and I would like to see you doding it.
My slog is like a brotherhood of steel/minutmen outpost gotta sit and do the reduce size glitch I have so much plans for it

how do you get around the size issue?? your settlements must be right on the edge of not being able to build any more stuff.
If you wanna delete the beds, move them on to a wooden floor then scrap the floor
Those beds can't be moved for some reason on ps4
+leighton taylor maybe it was patched, I did it a good bit before this update
The 1.6 patch took this out. No more moving unmoveable beds or the Covenant turrets.

you just record the video in pieces, then string it together in edit. Really simple. Most of my videos are in 4-6 parts.

Eh, question, Davey. Now that I have DLCs, I seem to be getting between 45 and 60fps (I'm on PS4, too.), which is better than vanilla. Can you explain what may be happening?
