Wow didn't see what an all star cast was there, Ernie Sr, Benni, Misha, Kyrill, KK, Malinicheiv, Boulton... You even have Zahir and Ed Coan giving moral support... A very powerful room...
Man what a lineup, so many super famous lifters all in one place, I can't say I've seen them all in one spot like this before. Would've loved to have been there.
Because back then Powerlifting was very small. There wasnt much coverage. I was the only one who recorded this back then. I think to this day, this was the greatest lineup in Powerlifting history.
christopher russell Magnusson got down command almost instantly when it was at top while Misha didn't. That being said, this aint no IPF so lock out isn't so strict.
christopher russell magnusson's was not locked out. The point is that neither of these two were clean lifts but then again they are not playing by the strict rules.
I don't know where you think the halfway is. Misha was closer to lockout in terms of height than magnusson was in his whole lift. Even more it looked like magnusson was losing his grip and that is why he didn't lock out. Can't tell for sure tho. Anyways, neither had a clean lift and should have gotten 3 reds. But I don't know the rules for their federation.
+leeboy29680 Benni has always had a pretty bad form , how he is able to pull them weights like that i do not know, insane. If you find a video with him casual training with andy bolton, you can actually see andy bolton trying to learn him how to do correct lockout , with both legs and back locking out together . But nah, screw that , bend over pull it ;p
Konstantinovs could have gotten heavier weight with belt on unless his limiting factor is the grip. Also Misha Koklyaev uses more of deep squat and then pull style to better lift the weight. It seems for Koklyaev been taller than most other lifter and he has great flexibility and squat that such style is advantageous to deadlift.
inetuse KK's grip will never be a limiting factor mate ...look at the 400kg ..he didn't even lose it a bit ..and stayed with that shit in his hands a fucking lot . So yeah .... never a limit for KK ...his grip is crazy ...probably only one with a similar grip would be kirill
Journey to Strength If he starts to use belt, he will be able to pull more and only then one will able to tell if his grip is still good for say another 25 or 50Kg (whatever the belt would be able to add).
RIP KK you will never be forgotten, legend of the sport !!!!
RIP
"This is my fucking belt!" Never were more epic words uttered
maybe if he wore a "fucking belt" he would've posted a higher number
he probably wouldn't
@@choongification No way bro

This is the greatest deadlift session I've ever seen. Why have I not seen such beauty before?

@@Exekutioncro Well done! I wish more success for the sport.
Константинов, вечная память!
Benni stiff legs 410 with ease
then proceeds to lock out 422.5 with a bad start off and leg locked out too early
some unearthly strength
crazy
Oh shiet the commentator doesn't seems to know KK otherwise he wouldn't call him Latvian
lot of great deadlifters
Кокляев молодец, если бы не мозоль сорвал то вытянул и 430 это точно.
У него отличная техника
Roman Kalina 430 кг наверно нет, но 425 думаю, что вытянул бы.
Был ли смысл на 430 лезти
Christ on a fucking bike, 400kg beltless. Konstantinov is a manimal.
This is awesome! What a lineup
Пиздец мужики красавеллы, Миша респект ваще
Koklyaev the best!
Gotta love the back ground music. Welcome to The Family by avenged sevenfold
Lol how did magnusson get 3 whites when koklayev got 3 reds?? Referees are all over the place.
+jonnenne yes , Magnusson didnt lock out the deadlift, he should have got reds, and Koklyaev should have gotten the down comment earlier.

Powerlifting is a on-off sport, you either make the lift or don't. For me, both were 3 reds. There is no in-between.
Монстры пауэрлифтинга!
how on earth did benni lock that last one out?
leeboy29680 i know his setup was off
word, guy there are videos of him from the side/back and he is not locked out. Still a great lift but idk if it should've passed.
im not saying he was 100% locked but those big guys legs look half locked from the back and side ive noticed with other heavy weight lifters

house full of beasts !!!
390 looked easy for Sarychev. Jebus he might have a 900lbs deadlift and 700 bench pretty soon.
Why did Malanichev pull out?
+Marvin Flugelmeister Sarychev benched 740lb RAW recently.
400kg no belt. hmm. some kind of magic
Who is the announcer
Count Dracula.
did kirill squat?
No, just bench and deadlift.
Koklyaev did 422 with ease
None of Ernie Lilliebridges deadlifts should have been white lighted
Для Малага 300тэто мало даже в 1 подходе
Константин вообще бешенный какой-то.
400kg beltless ok
Who kept giving red lights? That guy needs to get kicked.
Миша 422 поднял легко, если бы не сорвало мазоли, был бы лучшим
