Filipino Kali owes lots of its moves to this martial arts. Very deadly art form . Although, Im not trained in this art form the movements are familiar . Thanks Guru !

I am sure this art has its origin in south India. The southern tip of the southern end of India.There exists similar arts here which have been secretly practiced and almost becoming extinct.The body language and movements are very much like that of some of our grandmasters who lived in this part of India .It is not Kalarippayattu ,which is external type.I am proud of you as an Indian, to bring this out to the world.
Origin is in North. All invasions came from the North apart from the British so it only makes that a combat system as in depth as this would develop in that region.
Kalari has origins in this martial art
