@@unclealzbbq2185 what parts are you referring to? The engine is ported….and we run a head to suit our needs, which includes traveling from low to high altitude tracks weekly, from sx to ax to mx. All requiring different needs.

We need the same head for Arenacross as we do for sx, and for outdoors? Our testing has clearly indicated we can optimize our power for each usage and application via head changes....
More tuning videos and dump runs on the YZ125 2022 …. Plus once it’s jetted properly post run. Sx125 numbers if u know them would be helpful and what bike they are from
sorry, struggling with mic issues on camera. Bikes blow out the sound on lowest mic setting but you cant hear me talk and music wise we thought it was good here using a tablet and headphones but we will try to lower it in the future

Theres a thread on vital mx about it with graphs and mods and all but i can't post it here beacuse youtube does not let me :/

Cool vid....the audio quality when you a narrating is very difficult to hear then the background music comes in really Loud. It might help if you were wearing a wireless lapel microphone so we can hear your commentary more clearly when you are far away from the video camera 🔧⚙
We have dyno'd dozens but to be fair to the new bike we want a true back to back same day same tire etc. I will work on getting a new, low hour 21 to do a seperate video on but it costs us big money to do these videos
Would you dynotest Raceline 2 stroke premix 50:1 vs all other competitors for engine cleanliness, temperature or difference in power etc?? I have a RM85 112cc supermini built by JMS and have always ran it with 44:1-50:1 raceline and have loved the power it has and super crispy just curious about other premix oils or fuel as well! I can only get 93-94 octane near me but have always ran 93-94 octane with 44:1-50:1 Raceline and never has any issues yet and have used pro curcuit jetting specs etc
correct its all varies on plug heat range and other factors such as fuel - certain fuels make best power leaner, others richer but once best performance jetting is established and the soot ring height at that setting is determined - jetting to the soot ring for the daily conditions results in best possible performance
Nice video be awesome to see one on a yz65 my son had a 2016 ktm 65 then upgraded to a 2022 yz65 and he says there was a big difference and they do seem to be rich out the box as well

Good question, we can do a video on that in the future. For a four stroke, I suggest you ride it up and down a field goign through the gears and up and down rpms a few times. Put about 1 hour on it, then change the oil and oil filter. Then go ride it hard!
Im a wizard. Actually it's easy - if its not closed throtlle or wide open - it's the needle. Most people always to go brass first - when the needle is usually where they are at.
Hey is a full exhaust system worth it for a 2022 crf250r? Will it add any noticeable power? Will just a slip on add any power either? Debating buying a system for my 22 Honda.
Your video was great until.about halfway through when everything went to shit. The loss of audio for a solid minute, then the 20 seconds we got it back before going to nothing but terrible music was rather displeasing.

Things that can be looked up in books - dont need to be memorized. ill bet i know more about needles than you - and how to actually measure them - not just look up numbers in books.

@@mustknowinfo2001 ALl Jetting apps are simple - they look at calculated air density, compare to a baseline air density then make suggested changes for a jet that matches that percentage change. for example, every pilot jet change or main jet change of 1 step is 3 percent change in fuel. So if the air is more or less dense by 9 percent the app suggests a 3 jet change - and a corresponding needle change. But if your baseline jetting for base conditions is shitty - then the change recommendation will still be shitty. It pays to do your own learning to understand what i just said. Every jet is a 3 percent step. Needle clips are about a 2 percent step. .001" straight diameter changes in needles are about a 10 percent step. The air screw from .5 to about 2.5 can do about 3 percent change.

Great video. As a YZ 250 rider I'm hoping they make some engine upgrades to that bike next year, but great to see yamaha spending money on 2 strokes
i wouldnt hold your breath. we offer awesome packages for that motor - for a lot cheaper than a new bike!
Yamaha can no longer make good/better two strokes. Hence why they sell a 25 year old engine based off a cr250 thats 10 years older than that.

Our dyno imho is more accurate to actual tire numbers than most we see. on the dyno you reference we would see 45 on a ktm

I think most people would be dissapointed in premix tests. Pretty much always more oil makes more power up to a point, about 24:1

On the Yz125 2022 its 20minutes at 1/2 throttle then 40minutes at 3/4 , Check everything is ok then go ride

if the stock bike is jetted poorly at sea level - why would the app be correct for altitude?
