AB - This was a STING - A set-up,.... the '(pretending) friendly PLOD was the CIRCUS ring-master,... the Young bearded male PC (who looked distint to the afray ) was OVER-SEEING the whole event - and his SAY SO satisfied the search. - BULLY-BOY and his side kick were PLANTS to witness (to script the game-plan) and be the HEAVY arm,... that's why his APPELLETS were hidden and he (and his wing-man) refused to gives any details. - It is my suspicion THESE two at minimum were most probably from a DISTANT (other) station.
      .
This event shows as the golden rule - YOU CANNOT TALK WITH A POLICE OFFICER - because everything you say SHALL be taken down and USED AGAINST you,... in a court of law.

Hold on a minute. AB is doing nothing wrong here. He is just exercising his rights as a British citizen. Please do explain how he is worse than pondlife...
You seem to have a right chip on the block Here. If you think he’s worse than pond life. You Really need to look up Jamie may civil disobedience. On here. You need to see exactly how these assholes behave towards the general public. More so on crime bodge TH-cam channel. Where two polIce officers speak to a 16yo lad like he’s just what you have stepped in on the pavement.
The police show no means of respect to anyone. Unless your there licking their arsehole. Yes I do ask. is it any wonder there is a gaping chasm between society and Police. You just have to find an officer who doesn’t particularly like you. Up until now I’ve not found anyone like yourself. That has his tongue right up the police officers arsehole. Only then I think you will see exactly why AB is doing. Exactly what he’s doing. Standing up for HIS rights. As well as unfortunately your rights. Also when you insult AB. By stating that he’s a useless amoebic pondlife who’s wasting their time, He did not ask them to appear before his camera. But suddenly he’s outnumbered. Just for refusing to give his details. More so as he’s done nothing wrong. Uk gb is a free country. It’s not a police state. Like what you think. How is that going out of His way to antagonise.
Anyway your biggest insult Are you even a true British citizen? Who the fuck do you think you are. If Ab was born in this county. AB is as British. As you and me.

I believed that they were good, honest people who dedicated their lives to helping keep society safe from evil. When I see content like this, the mannerisms, the attitude, the escalation of every situation and the overwhelming desire for the Police to control you and the pack mentality as they conspire to achieve their goals,. well it just fills me with absolute sadness. I'm a retired police officer and I have to say with the attitudes shown by those officers then it is no wonder that the police are getting a terrible reputation these days.
They acted like bullies because they could not get their own way. I do not understand why they just dont say that they are afraid of cameras. They were totally clueless and were just seeking to flex their muscles, because they disapprove of a law abiding citizen doing something lawful, which the courts have already ruled as lawful.
Can a police officer tell me when they will be seeking to have all cameras banned?? And what did the search reveal ? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The cameraman continued to film inside the police station, and the only way they thought they could get the camera man to identify himself was by coercion and torture. I hope the complaint succeeds. Bullies and incompetent idiots like those officers are the reason that public confidence in the police is so low.
I doubt that a single police officer will respond because todays officers are just cowards. Scared of a camera ?? You should not be in the job.

Produced proof of insurance and all that was requested all fully legitimate. They decided to seize the car even though we were covered as the policy stated. Absolutely no knowledge. I asked for a sergeant or second opinion. After they had their 10 minute chat on their car. They came back out with tail between legs saying our sergeant says he believes as you have shown us insurance we will let you on you're way. However still trying to report for no insurance. AB found this earlier, in the CODE OF PRACTICE - STOP AND SEARCH UNDER THE TERRORISM ACT 2000
    4.13. Photography/Film
4.13.1. There has been widespread concern amongst photographers and journalists about the
use of stop and search powers in relation to photography. It is important that police
officers are aware, in exercising their counter-terrorism powers, that:
    a) members of the public and media do not need a permit to film or photograph in
    public places;
    b) it is not an offence for a member of the public or journalist to take photographs/
film of a public building; and
    c) the police have no power to stop the filming or photographing of incidents or police
    personnel.

As both a professional photographer and hobbyist who often shoots (takes photos) in public spaces, I am thoroughly appalled by the disgusting behaviour of PC Jenks (and other officers) as seen in the video, which has rapidly gone viral across social media platforms.
The video posted by "AB" of "Auditing Britain's" TH-cam channel attracted over 50,000 views in just eight hours. It clearly shows PC Jenks handcuffing AB while he was searched under Section 43 of the Terrorism Act. Not only was this a clear abuse of the Act as it was clear that neither officers had any cause to "reasonably suspect" he was a terrorist, it is also clearly evident from the video that neither officer knew the Act in question, having to spend several minutes looking it up on their phones. AB clearly stated several times that it was Section 43 the officers were looking for and informing them that they needed to reasonably suspect he was a terrorist.
This higights the fact that photographers and citizen journalists are well briefed and aware of the laws pertaining to photographing or filming police officers or police stations, while many police officers are clearly not.
Not only was the actions of the officers an abuse of the Act, PC Jenks refused to identify himself in any way whatsoever in spite of being requested to many times. He wore no collar number. Not only did he refuse to identify himself, he was also arrogant and cocky about the matter.
This matter is of serious concern not only to photographers and journalists (professionals and citizens alike) but also to members of the public, who have the legal right to photograph or film/record police officers and police stations. AB clearly stated his reasons even though he was not obliged to do so. This was a clear abuse of the officers powers under the Act. It is clear that the officers simply do not like this fact.
Photographers and journalists have the right to exercise their right to film whatever they can see from a public place (a pavement in this case), and unmolested in such a manner.
The actions and behaviour of PC Jenks and his refusal to identify himself epitomises why there is such a large disconnect between the public and police. His actions and behaviour were reprehensible and a perfect example of bad policing.
I sincerely hope that AB not only makes a formal complaint to the IPCC but also makes a private prosecution.
Although I believe PC Jenks could benefit from serious words of advice as to the matter of identifying himself to members of the public, I doubt that any amount of training could change his inherent arrogant and cocky attitude and manner. He is clearly a disgrace to the police force.
Over 60,000 people on TH-cam and many thousand others across other social media platforms have now witnessed his disgusting behaviour.
I believe he should be dismissed with immediate effect as no amount of training or reprimand can change such an inherent attitude.
Thoroughly shocking and disgusting behaviour from PC Jenks and Redditch police!

In the UK, police officers are required to identify themselves under specific circumstances, especially during a stop and search or arrest.
Stop and Search: When a police officer stops you for a search, they must provide their name and the police station they are from, the reason for the search, what they expect to find, and the legal grounds for the search (GOV.UK) (Citizens Advice).
Arrest: During an arrest, the police must identify themselves, tell you that you are being arrested, explain the crime they believe you have committed, and why the arrest is necessary (GOV.UK) (GOV.UK).
Failure of police officers to properly identify themselves in these situations could potentially be challenged as a violation of your rights. If you find yourself in such a situation, you have the right to request their identification and make a complaint if they refuse (GOV.UK).

You have no clue how the Police work.
All high ranking officers are Freemasons.
If, you are a Freemason - you get no say. You have to boot-lick (all-voluntary) the Occult's sick agenda.

the police stopped being public service or protecting the citizens.
they are protecting political points now.
and they are terrorizing the public they vowed to protect.
the police turned into the enemy of the people.

The high ranking ones are the ones that teach these cops it's alright to violate our rights! just don't make it easy to be caught!! Their actually doing as they've been trained - hate, fear, and disregard the public and our rights.
