    양파 건더기는 냉장고가 여유가 있으면 넣고, 아니면 술을 만들어보세요.
    양파술은( 건더기, 물, 발효 건조이스트)을 넣어서 양파술을 담으면, 맛술대신에 아주 요긴함

      EM발효액을 10키로당
      종이컵 한컵 넣으시면
      설탕이 포도당화되기 때문에 정말 좋습니다.
      참고로 EM은 살아있는 유익한미생물로 입니다.

    설탕에 절여도 조금씩 희석해서 사용하기때문에 너무 예민할 필요없다고 봅니다..원액을 그대로 마시는 사람이면몰라도?? 그런사람은 없죠?? 😅

    제가 양파청 관심이 많았는데 영상보고 반가웠습니다
    제가 유리병에 담아서 2개월 경과하면서 양파가 부풀어 올라오면서 일주일에 한번씩 저어주고 있습니다
    누름판 용기에 담으셨는데 냉장인지 실온보관인지 궁금합니다
    그리고 설탕 한번 저으면 녹이셨는데
    정말 또 안 저어도 되는건지 궁금합니다

      설탕을 저는 한 번 저었는데 며칠 후 한 번 더 확인 해 보셔도 됩니다.
      그리고 설탕이 다 녹은 후에는 건데기가 잠기도록 눌러서 그늘진 실온에 보관합니다.

      물기없는 용기에 담아
      그늘진 실온에 두면 괜찮습니다.
      저는 단지에 담아서 한지로 입구를 덮고 고무줄로 단단하게 봉해서 보관합니다.

      불고기, 갈비. 생선조림 등 고기 양념에는 꼭 필요하고요 깻잎김치 가죽 장아찌 오이김치 등
      양념장으로 절이는 요리. 낙지. 오징어. 제육볶음 등 고추장이 들어가는 요리에는 우조건 넣으셔요.
      가격도 싸고 담기도 쉽고 각종 요리에 감칠맛을 훨씬 더해 줍니다

      양파를삼개월흙설탕에담가서양파엑ㅇ기슷를거른다음양파는믹서기에갈아서담아가지고밖에일년을 놔드어도되요깎뚜기담을때기침할때고기양념다좋아요메실엑기슷느 나는안담고어요

    설탕 많이 먹겠네요 한국요리가 너무 달아서 북한에서 온 분이 기겁을 하던데요 설탕이 영양덩어리로 바뀌나요?

      잘 발효시켜서 양념으로 사용하기 때문에 설탕 섭취량은 비교적으로 많지않아서 걱정 안하셔도 될것 같습니다.

    몸에유익한양파를 진짜 안좋은 정제설탕을 청이아니라 설탕물 조금비씨더래도 비정제원유를사용하는게 그리고 매실청도별로 양파청보단 생강청이 모든요리에

      꿀이나 조청이 아닌 설탕을 넣고 시간이 지나면서 발효를 시키는 과정입니다.
      페트병에는 뜨거운걸 담거나 여러번 재활용하는 것은 좋지 않다고 합니다.

      깻잎김치 오이김치 등 김치양념에도 좋습니다.
