I love how they emphasize how special the NA2 NSX-R really is. I'd argue it's the most incredible car Japan has ever created. It's the ultimate version of the best car in Japan's golden era of sportscars. Honed to a fine edge to challenge GT3 Porsches. And it's absolutely beautiful. Of any car ever built, if I could have just one and have to keep it forever...❤
UK: Really enjoyed the professional driver of the NSX Type R & S, and most of all the fun sense of humour of Keiichi Tsuchiya and co, gentleman GT racers.
I need to find more shows like this! I love that you guys showcase a mix of old and new jdm cars, but it's even better because they are driven! I need to finish my Subaru Legacy build asap.
Nice to see people from SuperGt in the show. Koudai Tsukakoshi and Takuya Izawa are my favorite drivers . And of course Honda my favorite cars. That TypeR probably the best street car ever built by Honda . Still I would love to see one day Hsv-010 tested . That would be something unbelievable.
honda always make base model looks really like base. the type S front end completely change the way it looks. it looks so much better. it just looks really good. the base model looks like something is missing, not right or something not filled in. the type S looks complete. although honda shouldnt brand it as nsx. since its a lot different than the orginal nsx. then again honda said nsx stand for experimental which hold true to its meaning.
will you do a video about the recent announcement to bring the 86 to electric cars? do you think companies will follow this and maybe do like electric versions of the GTR or other classic cars?
@@JohnFromAccounting completely wrong. everyone will buy one doesnt mean it has to be an actual race car its to move to electric and for nostalgia just like the 86. doesnt mean they will stop making sport cars. also if you think the GT-R name will die you completely have no clue what you're talking about. the R34 GT-R will be one of the greatest cars of all time. that name will never die.
NA2 definitely. The new one is good looking but doesn't drive well. Even tsuciya acknowledge that in many videos. And it doesn't sell well either in the world. Nevermind 150 limited Edition that this new model designated, the fact is Honda is having though time to sell the new nsx.
This car performed with cars that were more powerful and expensive also with having low power. Shame they made the car in a different way and then focused on silly Hybrid power
NA2 NSX looks so good and modern even after so many years. Love it.
I still prefer the NA1 with it's pop-up headlights.

NSX Type-S Zero, NSX-R, NSX-R GT and the 2009 concept Mugen RR. The NSX was flying high at the time.

For anyone wondering about the background music at the beginning: Henyao - Coffee and Unicorns
Tsuchiya sold his NSXR??
He said in another video he sold it because after the value went up on them so much he felt bad driving it.
@@antikoolaid9891 It's sad to hear that considering how much he was associated with it. Thanks for the update though.
@@alexlam24 pray he doesn't sell his 86
Thank you for this English subs channel.

When Nissan does the next GTR, it will be hybrid or electric, and nobody will buy one. The GTR name will die.
