If the ache is in right partial side or left side , which suffers more either that we should ready to press with fingers at thumb's nerve just slightly. It deffinately shows good result. It really works.mudra combined with deep breathing took oxigen level from 86 to 92 in one day.tried by 83 year old person on 17 th day of covid.
